Very good service

As FY had the lowest online price we ordered an Ivyline plant bowl They kept us informed of the order process up to delivery on the Thursday 7 September On opening the box a piece of the base fell off obviously the bowl had suffered damage during transit on checking the box had an indentation which lined up with the area of damage to the pot Disappointed and concerned about how this would be resolved as this was the first time we have used FY I emailed their customer service including pictures of the bowl that evening On Friday morning I had a reply saying they aim to resolve in 1-2 days Saturday lunchtime a new fully intact replacement bowl was delivered We are very impressed at the speed and lack of fuss in resolving this Definitely recommend

This site was really easy use and found some great pics that were unique Ordering was easy and the delivery was super quick The final product was really well done printed on think cardstock so it s not flimsy Looks fantastic on the wall
