I placed an order on the 14th of April I haven t received any confirmation email I emailed the service desk no response I even messaged them on Facebook no response The experience with ibentoy kawaii soo far is HORRIBLE UPDATE I have received a confirmation email and shipping info - iBentoy responded to me via Facebook messenger and explained to me to time zone delay and ensures me that my package had been verified and shipped - I am VERY Appreciative and I retract my previous statement - iBentoy has made up for the miscommunication issue that I had previously and I m looking forward to enjoying my product
