I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from I Broke My Gadget My battery had died on my iPad and Apple wanted to take it for three weeks to fit a replacement It was done in three hours instead And it was a better price Thank You I have been recommending the Bracknell Branch and its staff at every opportunity to friends and colleagues Dan

iPad was condemned at Apple Store as irreparable so went to compare prices of new ones at John Lewis Happening to pass iBroke My Gadget en route called in on the off-chance and technician with super sharp eyes was able to diagnose the issue Despite him going away on holiday imminently the technician sorry - forgot his name dismantled and repaired the iPad that afternoon for considerably less than a new one and it has worked perfectly since Really pleased
