Poor quality aftermarket parts at a high premium price

Went to the store in Bracknell as I urgently needed my phone fixed and I was passing through the area Paid 70 for a screen replacement The first screen had a huge malfunction on the first day I had to take it back to get it replaced on the warranty The screens were clearly low quality aftermarket screens I made a mistake in choosing iBroke My Gadget I have not yet replaced the second screen with a new one of Apple standard quality and I am experiencing numerous issues with it High price for bad parts total ripoff

Sell your phones elsewhere

I had a hardly used phone that had always been kept in a case had all its original accessories in its box everything looked brand new ebay sold prices 170 to 200 I Broke My Gadget offered me 55 for it and rated it as a C grade I laughed at them when they pointed out imaginary defects I then went to two of their highstreet competitors who rated it as an A grade one of them offered 138 for it my advice is sell your gadgets elsewhere not to these guys

Incompotent and Untrustworthy

Don t trust this company They re incapable of doing anything more than the most basic phone screen replacements I cracked my laptop screen and had it replaced a few months ago my computer came back with software glitches So I took it back under warrenty and they told me it would take ten days to repair Cut to a month later and they re continually lying to me about when it will be ready I have to keep pestering them to keep me informed What should have been a simple screen replacement became an absolute nightmare

Terrible service - stay away

Terrible service They took in my laptop for repair and tried to return it in a worse condition Now I have not heard from them for three months They have terrible service Not recommended stay away

Poor Customer Service

Had a new charging unit fitted in March which broke in July Got charged again but with a 10 discount and went in this morning to get the new piece fitted and waited until 10 00am but no-one showed up to even open the shop So I now have a phone I cant use and have already paid for another new part which I cant get hold of Shoddy to say the least

Thieves and fraudsters

Went to Ibrokemygadget again today to get a refund and was told I was not entitled to one even though they have taken my money and not repaired the phone and that the consumer act doesent matter to them as they have their own consumer Act Which basically means they do what they want and will come up with any reason not to give a refund

Still awaiting a response from them regarding my complaint Not surprised they haven t answered though really as their customer service is about as bad as their workmanship

Keep clear of this company

Keep clear of this company They repaired a cracked phone screen of my iPhone 6S and within 3 months of use purely within the house due to lockdown the screen has become unsealed around the top of the screen I emailed the Bracknell store to check if this could be repaired under warranty and as they said it could I made a special 10 mile trip to the store On arrival a rude and ignorant man told me it was not in their policy to repair it despite claiming a 12 month warranty in their literature as he could allegedly see it had been dropped I will not be returning to this store and I d advise you to do the same

Inferior parts and no after service

I paid 130 pounds for a new screen for my son s phone and they fitted a faulty screen which they later admitted Within days the phone no longer worked and overheated When I returned it they replaced the screen but covered it with a broken screen protector my son had on the phone Ths screen was blurry and shut itself off intermittantly Having returned from our two week holiday I took it back to them and they refused to do anything about it highlighting a screen crack under the cracked screen protector they fitted They use this as the basis for walking away from the warranty while ignoring basic consumer rights I m not having to pursue this legally Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable repairer

Avoid if possible

My wife took her iPad into the Camberley store for a ne screenWhen we got it back the quality of the glass seemed poorBut after a week we noticed that you could press the screen near the charging socket and it would move and come unstuck We took it back under warranty and then the real hassle startedZero priority given to warranty work as its non fee paying of course Head office are useless and the6 have one person called Sean in customer serviceHe does not care and sees no correlation in the charging now not working and the repairTotally unacceptable Avoid at all cost
