Proposal for a complaint on sexual abuse recruitment abuse and other violations Recipient Labor Inspectorate Slovak Trade Inspection SOI Regional Public Health Authority according to jurisdiction Subject Notification of suspected serious violations by Do Do s r o Content I would like to draw your attention to several serious violations that to my knowledge Do Do s r o is committing 1 Sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace Employees including new employees are becoming victims of sexual harassment by superiors or colleagues There are suspicions of abuse of vulnerable employees especially during the recruitment process or probationary period 2 Abuse in the recruitment of new workers The company allegedly recruits new employees promising them a salary or reward but subsequently does not pay for their work Some people were forced to work without a proper contract which exposes them to the risks of workload and financial problems 3 Failure to comply with hygiene and safety standards The workplace does not provide hygienic conditions that meet legislative standards There is a suspicion of non-compliance with OSH regulations which threatens the health and safety of employees 4 Other serious violations Failure to pay wages or not pay all claims to employees Neglect of obligations towards social and health insurance companies I hereby ask you to thoroughly investigate the above suspicions against Do Do s r o and take appropriate measures in accordance with the law I am willing to provide further information and evidence ---
