Why do I need to pay to get my certificate after paying for the course

I had to write two e-mails

I had to write two e-mails 1 to let them know I had no course information after I had purchased the course on reed courses and the other to tell them i had completed said course after all that the certificate stated I had proficient comprehending of touch typing which i kinda had before

Actually I did not get any mistake in this course This course method is eassy and it is really helpful for me I learnd many thing from this course such as How can i help vulnerable adults also learned many social activities At last i told you it is just amaizing and easy course

I was really disturbed when my Certificate wasn t delivered to me untimely I have to reach to the institute to calls and emails nearly every day However I was always assured that my Certificate will be dispatched very soon I will like to suggest that institute should always reach out to any of them if such situation happens in the future

Signed up for a course through Reed and never got any log-in details or any information form IOMH about the course after 5 days of waiting Reed reached out to them but again no reply Seems a little bit like a scam
