Would rate this company zero if I could I did a free credit check for caravan finance for up to 6 000 Within minutes I had several emails from them saying i had been fully approved for 10 000 and they wouldn t need to do any paperwork as it has all been fully approved I found a caravan i liked within the price range and received a phone call saying they won t work with that particular dealership due to an issue in the past I looked for a different caravan and was told that I could only get 7 895 worth of credit and there was a shortfall of 601 40 based on the price of the caravan i wanted The dealership said they would take my caravan as part exchange and that would cover the shortfall I then arranged to go and view the caravan while I was on holiday in Cornwall but to view it i had to do a 236 mile round trip This resulted in me having to use our fuel money to return home after holiday to get us to the dealership and back again We decided upon inspection that we liked the caravan so i rang Infinity and said its a go ahead They asked me to send my most recent wage slip which I did I filled out all the paperwork and set up a date to collect the caravan When I was on the journey back to our holiday in Cornwall I received a phone call from Infinity saying that as I am on furlough due to coronavirus I am receiving less money than what is required for me to receive finance for the caravan They wouldn t take into account the Universal Credit that we currently receive or my Personal Independence Payment as that doesn t count apparently As my husband doesn t have one full time job but 2 separate part time jobs and self employed they couldn t do a joint claim either So now I have disappointed children that fell in love with the caravan no money to get home from holiday so stranded in Cornwall and did a 236 mile round trip with 3 children for nothing Absolutely fuming Scam merchants Avoid at all costs

Today i seen i was debited by this company when i never spoke with them nor did iagree to be debited

Promise you the finance is in place let you choose a car and get your hopes up then drop you at the last hurdle by telling you you don t earn enough

Infinity Finance sadly refuse to offer finance to disabled people No affordability checks or credit history checks are carried out It is simply an immediate No if you happen to be disabled They refused to investigate a complaint about this and they simply replied saying they do not offer finance to disabled people Appalling discrimination that does not belong in the 21st century Change the word disabled for black gay muslim or any other section of society and people would be outraged However Infinity deems it acceptable to refuse to offer their services to disabled people Dreadful company

I found their website when googling as I do want to eventually buy a motorcycle in 2024 However all I applied for was a quote Since then I have been actively BOMBARDED with phone calls asking me to call their Manchester number that s how I know it s them - it matches the one they give out saying my 10k finance application is approved MULTIPLE things wrong with this First I didn t apply for any finance I applied for a quote and did not consent to any hard checks on my credit Second The bike I want is 3k and at no point did I even experiment with a quote on 10k Third My god harassment much Multiple calls emails texts EVERY single day - I have currently got six voicemails in under a week from you people STOP Fourth They don t ever take a hint I unsubscribed from their emails but still get emails I had to block their number to stop them texting and calling Fifth PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS - this is a very common scammy tactic they use to get people to apply properly They say you re pre-approved for 10k finance and only then do they go through the application process After that it s a normal finance application and if you re not what they want they will deny you As I said to Faye via email I will be reported these scammy methods to trading standards and also to not delete my review because I will only leave it again EDIT 18 01 2024 - They ve responded with a tantrum lmao ain t reading all that so Hey so let me paste my abusive email right here Hello scammers I did not ever apply for finance with you As I told the harassing text message person as well - I have never ever applied I wanted a QUOTE and you didn t even send me one Instead you ve basically stalked my email texts and calls non-stop trying to sell me finance I never actually asked for Do you think I haven t read your Trustpilot reviews About how you spam people who wanted quotes only with emails about being fully approved for 10k finance only to then later do the approval process and turn people down if they re not actually approved This is nothing more than a fraudulent advertising marketing scheme to get people on board Frankly it s kind of predatory and I will be reporting it to Trading Standards and leaving a TrustPilot review that will only get replaced should you delete it claiming I m lying I do not want any contact from your company ever again No more voicemails no more texts no more emails As you can see no abuse just calling out their scammy scummy practices for what they are You really need to look up what scammy and fraudulent mean You quite literally lie in black and white text to get people to sign up with you I will let you know if I hear back from Trading Standards Have a LOVELY day
