Ordered a lighter about a month ago Tracking numbers are not valid and every email I send is met with no response So much for 24 7 service as advertised on their website Total scam

I ordered this yes because of all the ads from them on tiktok The reviews below are correct I never got a order which is required to view the tracking or a shipping All I get is emails of ads from them literally have never gotten anything else You can try and contact them but I have yet to get a reply back So yeah I have no idea where my lighter is Last I heard was on April 7th saying it would be here within 4 days Again no info regarding my order other than that I feel totally scammed

Did get some of what i order

So I order the first 2 lighters in a package then after some time I decide to order 1 more than after some time I didn t understand why it takes so long so it took around 40 days before the first package arrived then I saw the tracking number was the same and it said it arrived then I only got 2 of my lighters I am still missing a lighter and the only thing their support team said to me was you just have to wait Like wait for what to find out I won t get it because they never sent it I have contacted their support and waiting for them to do something if nothing happens my review will go down and if they will help and get it here faster I will change my review but right now I am so freaking pissed

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I ordered the Infiniti Lighter in January It s now March 7th I got multiple emails reassuring me that it will arrive even after requesting a refund because I thought I got scammed So I just received it now in a little Manila envelope with just a charging cord and the lighter is all scratched up 30 for this Not worth it Don t spend the money on something you may not even receive as I have been reading other reviews online about this company It looks cool but its not worth it I m actually scared to use it cause it looks and sounds so sketchy There s a loud buzz to it

f should have read the review before purchasing 2 of these mfkn lighters Stull have not received my order or even a reply toy email purchased may 20th and today is may 30th and by the looks of it a d seeing other people s comments I guess im s out of luck on getting my refund or a response from them

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company My underage son got scammed from this website via a TikTok link The lighters do not exist and all you will get is repeated generic emails about delays in orders due to covid We ve tried several times to contact their support email but there is no response at all - not even an acknowledgement of our emails or the issue There isnt a phone number available anywhere to try and contact them Do not buy from this company

Scam they send emails and message you then will go silent if you try and contact them new update received parcel on 14 March ordered them on 23 December 2 work the other 1 gets really hot when charging

Save your money they ll rip you off

Never received my order Emailed twice about it and NEVER got a response I m going through my PayPal right now and getting a refund Will never attempt to buy from Infinity Lighters again to save my money Suggest everyone else does the same and not purchase from them Worst experience I ve had with anything in a while

It s a scam

It s a scam They charged me twice and never sent me anything I tried emailing them to cancel the recurring charge but I got an automated reply from Google saying that Address not found It s a scam Don t buy I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charges and to block the merchant from further charging me Ugh
