Scam been over 6 months and 80 00 later they just bull sh t you via email federal bureau should track these scammers down and charge them

Its been 7 MONTHS and I havent gotten My package The support team never responds on anything

I can confirm this is a scam dont buy anything Here They went No contact after i asked for a shipping Update

Literal scam Never came never shipped out nothing And I paid full price for the product and shipping Ordered in March of 2021

Ordered Jan 14th Still haven t received Generic email responses in the past but now the email is non responsive

Ordered it about 1 and a half months ago still has not arrived and they don t reply to emails very poor starting to feel like I got scammed

This company is questionable as a legal business entity Ordered lighter did not arrive as scheduled attempted contact 3x finally got back to me Sold out in the US distro center so it had to ship from Asia my opinion guess they do not carry inventory nearly enough inventory in US therefore forcing unsuspecting shoppers into a longer-term delivery Despite repeated assurances that the items would arrive before Christmas they did not Repeated attempts to await an email reply from them to arrange a return have been exhausted Their website and business structure is eerily similar to alphawallet which unfortunately has the exact same business model or lack of and their websites are strikingly similar Buyer beware items arrive late not as described return policy states 30-day guarantee no questions asked if you don t like the item on one page something completely different on another page Will be escalating through proper consumer channels and my financial institutions Terrible experience

SCAM TRASH DONT FKN BUY ANYTHING U HAVE BEEN WARNED So i bought a ligher from their website about 5 months ago and was supposed to get it after 20 days maximum it says 7-21 days I waited for like 30 days and emailed and they told me to wait even more and i did that again and again and again until 50 days had past and i finally got my ligher after 55 fkn days and guess what AFTER ALL THAT WAITING THE LIGHTER DOES NOT WORK I emailed them cause i was really really upset and they told me to send them proof of the lighter not working and i sent them proof and the worker replied by saying i am truly sorry u have been given a defective lighter and basically he offered me a new lighter after 50 days of waiting btw and now ITS BEEN 60 DAYS SINCE I GOT THE LIGHTER AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY TRACKING NUMBER WITCH I WAS PROMISED ABOUT A WEEK AFTER SHIPPING and also they dont respond to my emails anymore to avoid me from getting a new lighter after all that waiting TRASH COUSTUMER SERVICE TRASH SHIPPING AND TRASH PRODUCTS THAT DONT EVEN WORK NICE MADE ME WAIT HALF A YEAR FOR A NON WORKING LIGHTER NICE FKN COMPANY LOL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER

I have ordered from there and haven t received anything They won t even reply to the emails I have sent them multiple It s been longer than a month I ve done some research and it appears that a lot of people have the same problem I ve tried the tracking link but it is faulty cause it says it is at the shippers warehouse for some time now they give COVID the fault of their delays but in actuality it wouldn t bring such delays of up to 4 months I hope this finds the right people I didn t do my research on the company at first in all the excitement but I hope some of you did and will not order anything from them

don t buy myself purchased 2 lighters and they haven t arrived and they won t answer my emails worst company please don t purchase
