Flimsy product Poor customer service

Bought an Innopet Hercules after reading positive reviews about the product Saw it as an investment at nearly 500 for my aging dog to be able to get out more and planned to keep it for future puppies aging pups All I can say is that it was clearly meant for light use dogs that don t need the product for long Both the frame and cover need replacing after 6 months used once a week not daily Innopet have accused me of misusing the product and not properly maintaining it I have asked a couple of times how this is the case but have been ignored My dog is 10kg under the weight limit For an almost 500 product being used approximately 20x it has cost 25 an outing - it would have been considerably cheaper to taxi him Flimsy overpriced product Avoid

5 stars for the product 3 stars for the lack of packaging 2 stars for the instructions Just received our Innopet dog stroller via Doggie Moggie It s a good quality sturdy and well-made cool design Nice materials It s ergonomically great for me to push and steer and brake The handle is easily adjustable for one s height My dog is calm in it and loves looking around as we scoot along I reckon it s going to be worth every penny You get what you pay for So I m absolutely pleased with the product The only gripes I have are with the packaging and instructions for putting it together The box was quite damaged so I was concerned about my stroller But it was OK - despite having absolutely no packing - for protection - around the item inside the box which surprised me There s no video online on Doggie Moggie as with other models and the manufacturer s instructions are really lacking Rows of tiny photos with numbers Then a wad of tiny text underneath - without bullet points - explains how to get it up and working - but are not in order There s also toggles and zips and bits and pieces which are not mentioned The instructions assume knowledge and don t mention certain procedures which must be carried out before certain points they do mention For instance the wheel steel poles have sturdy protective caps on them I thought they were part of the wheel design and especially as the caps are quite hard to pull off Eventually I realised they had to come off before offering the wheel pole to the placement receptor Someone needs to rewrite the instructions And in a text size and order that the user can actually easily follow OR even better put a quick video online and print a QR code on the box or leaflet to navigate to it No excuse in this day and age for poor instructions Luckily I am quite adept at DIY stuff so eventually worked it out Feel sorry for anyone who hasn t got that skill

It s a top quality stroller however the instructions for assembly and use are poor that said Innopet has released Youtube videos with further instructions

Superb customer service - excellent stroller

We bought an InnoPet All Terrain Buggy Comfort Pet Stroller 2nd hand The buggy is very well put together - very sturdy - and is really effective at travelling over rough terrain The wheel locking unlocking mechanism was unfortunately broken but I contacted Innopet customer services - they were brilliant They sent me a new part with the tool required to fit it from the Netherlands all for less than 50 And it arrived within a couple of days I then needed a replacement plastic piece that had become damaged by forcing the locked wheel out of locked position they sent this in a couple of days too free of charge They were so very helpful and professional I would definitely recommend this buggy but also I have very high confidence in this company so I m sure any product will be great - and any problems would be quickly resolved
