How lucky I was for the team at Insuret to take my call Even luckier to have a very important salesperson to give some of his wisdom and time So elevated was his station at the business he was bemused as to why I wasn t all that grateful To maintain the status divide Lord Important Biscuit Barrel refused to send some information about the insurance policy we had just discussed He pompously snivelled I ve given you 15 minutes of my time and it is outside our protocol to send information out I ll check with my Doctor to see if my gratitude gland is working
