Low dollar tests slow communication not paid

I am a highly rated and experienced tester with other sites but was advised my test did not meet their quality standards and I was given no feedback as to why If there were concerns why would you have me spend my time retaking your test over blindly with no feedback I also completed several tests WEEKS ago and was advised that after they review them if they are satisfied then I will be paid I have not heard anything i have not been paid and now I have concern that will not pay me On the website there is nowhere to find my history of tests studies There are much better sites out there that pay more and have a much better experience for their VALUED testers

Intellizoom DOES NOT PAY

Intellizoom did not pay me for multiple tests in total 120 I contacted support many times but they just ignore the issue I do not recommend to work with them

This company does anything it can to get out of paying Customer service gives you cut and paste answers if you complain It used to be good but not anymore Avoid at all costs

No payment no reply to mails

I was a reliable tester did many tests Now a 60min test link wasn t working Tried multiple times to no prevail No phone number that gets answered at all multiple E-Mails plainly ignored I wasted 60min that I still didn t get paid for This is the second time that wasn t paid for That is how you lose reliable participants

Suspicious disapprovals all of a sudden withholding payments

I at first really enjoyed taking the surveys and having a small extra income trickle in But in the past week alone I have suddenly been disapproved for incentive on the day I was supposed to receive it I ve been doing this for over a month and have never been disapproved on payday 4 times in a row now has this happened and I always aim to be as constructive and helpful as possible in the surveys It doesn t help either that they give no specific reason to help you improve For all I know they pocketed the money and still gave my feedback to the companies Are they struggling financially and just deciding not to pay people I have contacted support and received no help from them I would recommend using other survey sites

Intellizoom is broken

Have been with intellizoom for a while but just lately they seem to have lost the plot I have received the same survey 9 times so far I have responded every time and failed to qualify every time but no surprise there I am also receiving invitations on my mobile phone but when I try to open the survey a page opens which should only open on a computer because it tells me that I need to scan the displayed QR Code with a mobile device I have emailed them 3 times about this with several screenshot each time to demonstrate the issue to them but it carries on with no reply from them Surveys are always closed even though I have spent several minutes answering questions anyway Money has dried up there is no way to contact them presumably because they don t want you to and will be deleting my account

Poor experience

Poor experience They dont even bother to reply when you request them to provide the payment updates Even though my earlier experience of working with them was awesome 2023 helped me understand their true nature

Would give less than 1 star if I could

Giving up on this I ve tried to take lots of surveys that I apparently qualify for but I then either find out I don t or the survey s expired some only 30mins after I ve received the email All this hassle for a paltry 1 if you re lucky - complete and utter waste of my time and awful experience Don t bother
