Their customer service was beyond amazing I ordered the wrong design on a shirt for my husband I attempted to cancel it but it was too late as I already put the order in When I contacted them through email they responded very quickly and said it was too late to cancel but to send in the new design that I wanted and that they would send me that free of charge as well I was very thankful and amazed that they would take the time to do that for me They sent the new one but it turns out I ordered the wrong size as well again my mistake I emailed them back and they once again responded quickly and sent me ANOTHER shirt I cannot express how much I appreciate their amazing customer service and the design of the shirt turned out really nice as well I was very happy with this company and their service and products

Absolutely one of the worst companies I ve ever encountered I ordered a personalized shirt asked them to forward the shirt to my new address since the package was sent back to them because the Post office can t forward priority mail They refused after them taking over a month to ship So I ve been taken for 40 00 Don t do business with this company And it s aparent it s a foreign company because their emails are always sent in the very early hours of the morning-like 1 or 2 a m
