DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT I ordered an ornament that I thought would look like the image they displayed on their site looks kinda 3d ish and real looking Thought that would be a perfect gift for my son Boy was I Wrong What I got looked like a shrinky dink gone bad I am too embarrassed to give him this thing I contacted customer support and explained how disappointed I was with this and it wasn t at all what I expected to look like I expected it to look like the image they have displayed All I got out of that ordeal was him stating it says no where in the description that the product was 3d and offered me absolutely nothing and stated it does not say in the description that it is 3D I didn t say it was said it LOOKED like 3d Umm I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL with their product and i got a oh well When a customer isnt happy every store trys to resolve it somehow Even a percentage off next purchase wouldve been horrible but something Not this company I have NEVER dealt with a company like this in my life and I do a lot of shopping If you decide to take your chance at their false advertising total crap products i hope your experience goes better than mine If i can add the emails of the conversations with customer support and I had they will be posted shortly

After not getting my order in a timely manner as expected I ended up not getting it all And someone had audacity tell me be empathetic be patient yet I came in the deal letting them know I needed these items for a breast cancer walk on a specific date was lead to believe I d get it Didn t happen when they FINALLY answer you they re rude Shipment is definitely not as described or expected And they don t reply in timely manner either

Ordered a shirt Had to hit the back button once the order reverted back to a size small Recieved the small shirt Contacted them they said no returns no refunds

Wore once washed in cold cold inside out Dried cause otherwise 2-3 days to dry in bathroom Anyway Decal missing in rainbow and some carebears and letters Tried to email invailed email and no number to call to try getting replacement or money back Really upset

Only putting one star because I have to I ordered a custom blanket over a week ago They took my money no problem but have yet to provide me with any shipping information But are real quick to send e mails to buy more of their products Sorry your way of running a business is beyond unprofessional I would like tracking information in regard to my order immediately I would like to know if my purchase made is actually legit or my money was thrown away

Placed an order on 8 3 23 Three weeks later there is absolutely no status update and no shipping info Ordered a shirt for a retirement party and allowed almost FOUR WEEKS for delivery and there is NO info as to when if it might be received Total scam delivery times listed on site say 2-4 days for production 5-7 for delivery If that was true I d have had item 4 or 5 days ago worst case scenario

I placed an order Nov 8 2023 I have not heard anything since and the money has been taken out of my credit card I thinkI will call Wells Fargo and enter a dispute if I don t hear anything in the next week I ordered a green Australian Shepard sweatshirt for my granddaughter for Christmas Nancy Kolnik Hugo MN

Gave it a 1 star only because there wasn t the option for ZERO 20 00 ornament that couldn t be valued at more than 1 00 shocked me My fault Won t make this mistake again At least not with this company Another review had exact same complaint Don t be 3

I am very upset Got my order last Thursday or Friday opened it last night to wrap them for the grandkids and for Michael they put Marshall on his blanket I checked my order and I did have Michael on my order So now I can t give him that blanket I thought the material was not worth what I paid for the 3 of them You would think they would check the order before it goes out to make sure the names are right I couldn t find a phone number because I want to talk to customer service This is not okay especially for a child s Christmas gift

Not good so far It s only been two days but after my order I received NO shipping info or confirmation number I m so glad I printed out my order confirmation This to me is a big red flag So I go on the site to find a customer service number To my surprise I see they are located overseas with no contract phone number Red flag 2 Shame on me for not researching this company in detail Had no worries as it stated on their site 3-5 days for shipping I m on day three with no information at all Hope I get my order I sent support an email today Please respond as I wanted this by Christmas email tm2adams at gmail
