This was our second surveillance visit
This was our second surveillance visit involving Interface and their ISO auditor Alex Mullett From the booking process preparation for the audit and the days audit it was managed by Interface so well Communication is quick and clear The auditor makes the process easy to understand and although it s a challenging experience we are left feeling positive about it We always receive from great pointers and subjects to consider throughout the process we have learned to enjoy the experience as opposed to fearing it
