Citation did an excellent job auditing us for ISO27001 Our auditor Caron Axford navigated our ISMS very efficiently and managed to gather a large amount of information from us in a short period of time Along the way she provided us lots of valuable advice on the areas where we could improve especially around being prepared for the move to ISO27001 2022 next year

We were recently audited for ISO 9001 and 14001 Lynda French was the auditor for both days and could not have done more to make sure the audit went smoothly borderline enjoyable for an audit Lynda whilst auditing showed her clearly deep understanding of both ISO and compliance process generally offering up some great advice in order to maintain constant improvement for us It really helped to show Citation to be a great sounding board for staying ahead of changes as well as through the task at hand
