Positive experience The transfer from the airport to hotel and to the clinic was well arranged by Casper And I have to give you credits for your telephone support I could ask anything Casper took even the time to check up on me in the clinic twiceBro you give what the clients expect we ll done Buyuk te ekk r Result Very Good Inside this beautiful clinic there are a few points who needs attention 1 planning You must wait until you are informed nobody tells you anything 2 attention inside the clinic they don t inform you about the procedures they are to busy with other clientsFor example I hade an appointment at 19 00 PM for 2 implants I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes before the treatment startedThe doctor very experienced needed 19 minutes to fix the 2 implants So I waited almost 3 hours for a treatment of 19 minutes I asked why I needed to wait so long The assistant came with excuses not solutions unprofessional Unfortunately they kept me waiting without any apologies or excuses towards me Maybe next time better for me Result average My speciale thanks goes to Dr Kerem Patron and his sympatic assistant Nursin you guys were amazing Once the treatment started I felted there positive energy immediately Calm and professional Dr Kerem knows what he is doing B y k te ekk r Result very good My honest conclusion about this whole process from begin till end My 3 treatments 1 shaving my teeth and biting 3 hours 2 the implants 20 minutes 3 fix and finish new teeth 3 hours So this whole process takes 8 hours of work And it took the INTERNATIONAL PLUS CLINIQUE 9 days to finish this treatment Not a bad clinic because the work is good but if they can change a few things in the planning they can even be better Greets from Richard Netherlands

Everything was good appointements went good the driver always come on time Mia kept contact with me and Mark send me Every appointment

Clinic was very professional very clean the people I worked with were very friendly I will recommend to anyone having work done to there teeth

I and my friend went for tummy tuck breast lift and blepharoplasty we are very happy with their transport they always send driver for hospital visits and airport pick and drop off our surgeon was dr Cem very happy with surgery our translator Muhamad was the best person in our whole journey who help us in everything then the other translators Lia from customercare help us since we started thinking of our surgery for making our journey easy and Robert was helpful too But the most important thing this company need to do is train their nurses how to behave to patients their floor staff nurses behaviour is so rude and very disrespectful i felt i didn t welcome their first day their was male nurse who was very good who look after us very well but after him no one care much about us i was in so much pain after surgery i was afraid to ask them a favour i was keep saying sorry and thank you on everything so they wouldn t feel us as a burden but they didn t even show smiles on their faces they should have legal and moral responsibility how to act and care the patients i had blepharoplasty they put ice cube on my eyes after couple of days i went for check up my eyes were swollen and i ask them if i can get 2 ice cube for my eyes from hospital they said no straight way they said i can buy from grocery shop how can i go to grocery after 3 days of surgery we had no companion with us so no support to go to shops so don t expect much from them after surgery if they couldn t even provide little ice cubes although they don t understand much english but it doesn t matter in the care as their was one very lovely lady who was not nurse but she cleans and help with nurses whenever she comes she always smiles and help us in everything i always wait for her come so i can ask favour from her even she couldn t speak and understand a single word of english but still she was so lovely and best carer then any other nurses

They did a good job with the teeth There were some issues it wasn t all plane sailing But we got there in the end Some issues were due to translation issues and there were additional costs added each visit so be prepared for that

Hello I want to thank to the whole team of International Plus because they have given me a new smile and I am very happy for that All doctors and nurses treated me very well and I can say that I was lucky to choose International Plus for my dental treatment I want to thank to Bruce Cooper and Robert they are professionals workers and they have guided and provided me every information I need to arrive and to be safe in Turkey Thanks again International Plus

Marlin the coordinator was amazing he was there from start to finish and is still available for any queries I had my operation on the 5th January and all went well I am healing nicely The doctors were very accommodating and explained clearly the steps in the process I was made to feel very comfortable The operation went well and I am about on my feet as normal already We had a translator called Sherrif who was absolutely spot on - very kind patient and efficient - he did everything he could to make the experience an enjoyable one The driver they used however was very rude to my mum which did put a downer on the trip however Marlin reached out to us to make amends I would recommend this company
