Advertises cars they don t have called for a GT3 Porsche that they said was sold when I called 2 months ago but still advertised funnily enough it was just sold but would I like a -insert random car-Don t waste my time Typical bait and switch technique not appreciated

After my bank cancelling my direct debit I had to reinstate my direct debit then paid my monthly debit about As I had a claim out standing before Christmas I sent al relevant documents to my gap insurance provider when I chased up my claim I was told that they didn t receive my form or supporting documents And had to resend everything again After many weeks of waiting for a reply I am now told that due to the bank cancellation of my direct debit On the 4 1 2024 I made a a new direct debit mandate as of the Christmas period No Jody was available in the office to reinstate the mandate I have paid my monthly payment For a claim I made well before Christmas and iv had nothing but issues and excuse as not to pay out I will be making a full complaint to the financial osbudsman As with the verification emails I have regarding this matter show that invictus protect are just trying to not pay out on a valid claim policy
