James agrees that he shall not leave a defamatory and or negative review or direct others to do so In the event that such a review appears on the Invictus Motors online pages then James shall be liable to pay Invictus Motors 2 000 on demand as a debt Invictus reserves its other legal and statutory rights I was threatened with being sued if I left this review This is why there are very few bad reviews Poor Road Knight clearly had the same threat and was too worried about using their real name You call yourself Road Knight From the username The feedback here reflects your scumbag character and personality It s is the vaguest feedback I have ever come across If you are genuine say who you are don t be a low life so we can respond to you accordingly Dundhal Singh left a review Balbinder was an absolute scum of a person I wonder how it s possible to get such despicable immoral people like him Firstly he left a deposit on a 911 for which he dick d us around as we held the vehicle and missed out on another customer This man is a disgusting filthy man and very undeserving of owning a Porsche 911 scum and dick d One of my messages to Ali I have also investigated the fuel cap door and the repair is with WD40 The response It is a bit insulting to our intelligence to suggest WD40 will fix the fuel cap problem when we have previous experience of fixing it I am sure they will reply to say they were polite and courteous the whole time however it is all aggressive This is how I got into this mess with them I bought a Q7 from them on the Saturday and on the Monday reported a problem with the start stop On the test drive the chap made a point of turning the start stop off to cover this up Tuesday I noticed an oil leak which was reported to Invictus They arranged for me to visit a garage where it was diagnosed as a serious leak and the gear box would have to come out Basheer said the car was perfectly driveable in the meantime Bashir found a garage in North London and booked for 6th July The day before the appointment I spoke to the garage and Invictus had not confirmed they were paying for the repair work The cost was 2 200 to repair plus fixing the start stop fuel cap door and the windscreen wipers which would come on randomly My fault I had only informed them of the major problems not the cap door and wipers Invictus were only prepared to pay half of the cost Surely this is why you buy from a garage as you should have a guarantee I took the car back to Invictus instead I hadn t booked an appointment which I was in huge trouble for however I couldn t take more time off work Basheer had offered to refund me minus the milage which was just under 2 000 miles He wanted to knock off 1 500 10 of the purchase price I am normally calm and take full responsibility for shouting down the phone and threatening to come on a Saturday to disrupt their day I shouldn t have done it I did not swear though unlike Basheer In my defence I was being scammed and I had just said goodbye to my father in law in hospital who died the next day Either way though they made me pay for it I did not know what to do should I leave the car should I take the keys A solicitor advised me to leave the car and the keys which I did Ali took over and tried to tell me that the oil leak must have happened in the 3 days before I informed them They acknowledged it before that s why they were going to pay half I consulted my solicitor again and suggested things would have to be taken further Ali pointed out that that could result in a year wait for any refund they had seen it many times Either way they would not negotiate on the 1 500 Their policy is to pay part of the sum and then the rest after a mechanic inspection more of my money see image of full statement So I got 10 000 back and then later a text to say they were deducting another 600 In a month apparently all these issues appeared I lost 2 100 on a car that was never even put in my name These guys are nasty stay well clear

If I could leave no stars I would drove over an hour to look at 2 Porsches today with my Boss and his brother with the possibility of buying 2 to 3 cars when I asked to test drive one of the cars I was told by the car cleaner that all I wanted to do was go for a joy ride We turned up in two porches and an M2 we hardly were there for joy rides the good news is we will never be giving you any of our hard earned money Shocking customer service horrific staff and road leading up to the property Good luck if you are willing to spend any of your money there you have been warned If you had the decency to be on time for my appointment with you at 12 o clock I would have explained that my other friends are my bosses and 3 of them were looking to buy cars the way your college spoke to us was nothing as you have said your just trying to discriminate me and my colleges when you weren t even there they also want to leave a review in how they were spoken to as they could not believe what they were listening too very easy for you to blame it all on the customer reading your previous 1 star reviews on your staffs attitude and shifty deals my Bosses are members of the porsche owners club and were in disbelief of your staffs attitude and unwillingness to help

We agreed on a call a px price for my GTS and that we would go 50 50 on an overdue maintenance service An hour after me being there and deciding I wanted to buy the GT3 they told me that their business partner wanted to pay me 2000 less for my car and that they won t pay anything towards the overdue service which was 2000 I still wanted the GT3 so accepted 1000 less for my GTS and to pay the service cost myself Ultimately this cost me 2000 more than we had previously agreed I was told twice if you dont want the car we have another buyer lined up What should have been a dream purchase of a 911 GT3 left me driving off like I had been completely shafted 2 days later I informed them of 2 issues with the car and I was told the car was inspected by porsche before you bought it we are not covering anything new which is actually an illegal stand point Thankfully Porsche warranty covered these off Do not expect any money to have been spent on the cars that they are selling and if you decide to purchase from them then I would insist on a pre-purchase inspection to show the true condition of the car before purchasing as there will be no going back The warranty they provide is worthless The fact that they sold me a 100k car with an overdue service says a lot I d recommend other dealers such as RSJ Sports Paragon or RPM Technik There s also a lot of pressure to write film reviews before you leave I was there for 4 hours completing the purchase and this is also a sales technique so watch out

purchased a car through these people for 15000 when I tried to part exchange it I was advised that the car had been sold through an auction as a scrapped vehicle The vehicle is now worth half the price I paid for it Basheer offered to buy it back for 7000 can you believe What a cheek He will not advise where he brought it from He just keeps saying it s HPI clear this is because it has never been registered with the DVLA as a scrapped vehicle which is illegal If you have purchased a car from the try and sell it or part exchange it you may find your s has also been a scapped car Cinch are the people who advised me Also the DVLA say there is something suspicious about the car not being registered as sworn or taxed for a period of time it is under investigation with them The car now has an issue that Audi say they have never seen with this model and say the vehicle has definitely been in a major accident I am taking Invictus Motors to court for their illegal practice s They have not only acted illegally but don t give a dam DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM they have caused a Hugh amount of stress and lost me over 7000

I bought a citron DS 4 from this company in March 2021 Never again will I use them I was told everything was working when fact it was not I had to pay nearly 600 to get the AC fixed As it was not covered by the warranty which was next to useless anyway They did not point out that the MOT conducted on the vehicle stated that it was corroded underneath but also so where the components I had to contact the AA as it was one of the garages listed and all I could get back off them was 150 As they did not return my three phone calls The car has gone wrong again and so far he has required a new fuse board and A new fuel sensor with pipe Still waiting final bill from my garage

avoid at all costs bought a Porsche 997 from them which apparently had had a full PDI and was ready to go with no issues said the car had been to a very well known Porsche specialist for an inspection AMS Porsche after having the car for less than a month and it started to smoke and have noises come from the engine i called and they we not interested told me to go through the warranty company i called AMS to see if i can get a company of the PDI inspection they did they told me they have never seen the car Bash i a complete lair and not to be trusted will deny everything he says thankfully i have it all on text and phone recording don t be fooled by his charm he s a lair and when caught out gets nasty if anyone wants to see the proof let me know and i can show all the details There s a lot more to this story regarding solicitors and trading standards DONT GET CAUGHT BY THESE SCUMBAGS

This company will happily sell a car that is not in road worthy condition with multiple dangerous faults They claim to pride themselves on providing an excellent seamless and stress-free experience but I have never had a more unpleasant arduous and stressful experience in my life Be very careful when dealing with Basheer as he is extremely unprofessional and a complete liar He will come across as a charming helpful salesman however this is a total front and the second something goes wrong or not his way you will see an entirely different side to him He is a nasty unreasonable short tempered excuse of a man who thinks its acceptable to intimidate and threaten his customers to avoid a reasonable and fair resolution Do not be under any illusion that even if you have agreed terms in writing that this will be honoured or respected by Invictus Motors and I can only hope that people read these reviews before making a huge mistake in dealing with them

Do not touch this company Purchased a car 6 weeks ago that was purchased without viewing Having the car delivered I was assured any issues would be resolved but the car had been checked over and came with the AA dealer promise The car has the following issues that are still not resolved and the car has been stuck on my drive since as I cannot use a car not fit for the road A bald tyreA seat belt that does not workMis -aligned steeringBoot release buttons that do not workEngine warning lightThere are currently no forthcomings to recifty the issues they accept depsite it being crimininal to sell a car not fit for the road That reply is not true you said the car was sold as seen then ignored me until the AA ensured you stuck within the law or you d lose your approval

Today we went over to Invictus by arranged appointment to look at and we thought test drive a car We were told that we would have pay to take the car out for a test drive as it would be a waste of fuel and a few cars would have to be moved We were made to feel like we were wasting their time and that we were not serious buyers We had spent quite a long time researching the car and their model was the exact spec we were looking for We were fully intending to purchase the car but wished to drive the vehicle as few people would buy a car without driving it Having previously bought two high spec Mercedes from smaller dealers we were unprepared for the reception we were given by Invictus For those purchases full test drives were par for the course Neither were we made to feel pressurised into anything It is a real shame we could not do business as we were fully intending to buy this car We would not have wasted our afternoon otherwise

I had the most extraordinary experience with this firm I have never bought from a one off dealer and will never do so again In short the car I bought was missing advertised features had a nail in the tyre was part of a software recall had a fully failing breaking system and was deemed unroadworthy by a main dealer was black-screening and leaving me locked out often in the rain It took 5 months to get my money back and I wasted money on a software upgrade which I never benefitted from a new tyre and a warranty so I lost well over 1k on the purchase It also had hidden bodywork damage which the main dealer informed me of I had to get the AA involved to sort the issue There is something very wrong with the culture and honesty of this company Please do yourself a favour and steer clear
