I am a paid customer but i wait 2 hours in the line every time Finally after connecting trisha if thats her real name just has me do everything all over again that i did before Also i am a paid customer So why are you selling me a lifetime subscription Absolutely godawful service from her Not even acknowledging that i had to wait Ruined my entire morning invideo has gone from bad to worse in the last few months I purchased the AI tool thinking everything would be bundled but turns out that is not the case PLEASE REFUND ME AND RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR I WILL REACH OUT TO MY BANK

InVideo is an absolute train wreck I don t even know where to begin with the litany of issues I ve encountered with your company Firstly your business plan is a complete joke Credits don t renew as promised and the charges for basic tasks like resizing are outrageous Customer service More like customer abandonment Trying to get any real help is like screaming into the void - pointless and frustrating But wait it gets worse Your billing practices are downright criminal I paid for a year upfront on chat thinking I d save some money with the discount given only to find out you conveniently forgot about it and decided to charge me monthly anyway It s like highway robbery except I m not even getting a decent service in return And don t even get me started on the fact that you won t respond to my emails now What kind of company ghosts its own paying customers And let s talk about the cancellation button that doesn t work It s like you re holding my subscription hostage refusing to let me leave your sinking ship All my saved changes were lost adding insult to injury You ll gladly take my money but providing any real service in return Forget about it It s like you re actively trying to drive your customers away InVideo is nothing short of a scam and I won t stand for it any longer I m sticking to Canva for now - at least they know how to treat their customers with respect

My experience with InVideo was nothing short of frustrating It all started with their confusing pricing structure where I had to jump through hoops just to understand what plan I was signing up for Eventually I settled on the paid AI plan since the free version didn t give me enough minutes to test its capabilities properly However things quickly went downhill from there Despite giving clear instructions to avoid certain language and images the AI seemed to have a mind of its own Within just two days I hit my minute limit due to the constant need to replace inappropriate content Spent three days perfecting my videos only to find out that each edit was eating up my precious minutes To make matters worse when I asked if I could download the video and make edits using a different tool I was flat out denied Overall my experience with InVideo was a disappointment For a platform that claims to offer AI-generated content the reality fell far short of expectations Until they can deliver on their promises without all the hassle I ll be taking my business elsewhere

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS COMPANY Not only do they make it difficult to cancel or delete your account but they attack your checking account by continuously charging you multiple times in one month The software is ok as far as the video quality for my YouTube channel BUT it s not worth Hassel of having to dispute excessive charges from my checking account which i m currently doing with my bank Disappointed in Invideo

Business plan not fit for purpose credits don t renew each month charged credits for resizing customer service unhelpful After struggling to get credits renewed each month invideo got the last laugh when I cancelled my sub after two years Credits yet again didn t renew in my last month yet told they had been added by customer service So unable to download any video - again Customer service won t put me in contact with a manager to discuss Basically I haven t got the service I paid for over the past six months of hassle Only buy a plan if you re prepared for a huge amount of frustration and to lose money They don t care The actual platform is good for the job if quite slow and a little clunky Vimeo looks a better option and not limited on downloads for the same money

The website does not load and keeps showing a reconnecting message Customer service does not know the exact problem and just has me circling back doing speed tests despite sending so many screenshots They will keep sending the same message and argue to no end hell bent on proving that nothing is wrong with their system Asked for a manager and I was outright refused PLs escalate

This is a criminal organization DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO We have beent trying to cancel for months They cancel buttons error out The chat feature is a scam We finally cancelled and they continue to bill us anyway DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
