I inherited a HDTV-DXL bracket it was left installed on the wall in my new house unfortunately it was only the arm that was left and the pieces for the tv where missing I contacted customer care explaining what I needed and Anne was exceptional She and the warehouse guy saved me having to buy the whole bracket by sending me the pieces that I needed and they sent them to me the next day free of charge I have already recommended to family to buy from Invision the great customer care makes all the difference Highly recommended

Excellent customer service
Needed advice on fixing a new tv to our original Invision wall bracket Customer service was excellent Kindly sent diagrams etc which were brilliant and explained where I was going wrong The bracket was purchased 5 years ago and is fabulous quality

Super fast delivery arrived next day
Super fast delivery arrived next day sooner than expected Ordered the monitor arms originally from Amazon but it didn t arrive due to it being damaged in transit so I bought them direct from Invision Excellent quality A little expensive but these were the spec I needed

Fantastic bracket and staff
The bracket I received from Invision for my TV was fabulous The customer service is second to none they offered any support that I might need however the bracket was so straight forward to put up no support was needed Thank you I would absolutely recommend the product company and staff

Wow - Top Customer Service
Wow - if all customer service was like this the world would be a better place I had a few queries before purchasing the swivel screen bracket EV400 model and Victoria was very helpful It was perfect and the minor issue upon delivery was dealt with very well too

Best customer service I ve dealt with
Best customer service I ve dealt with in a long time Bought an unused but pre-owned monitor arm from a friend Noticed it was struggling to hold up my curved monitor despite being within weight limits Checked Amazon reviews noticed this was a known issue and Invision were offering a replacement part to solve it I then emailed Invision fully expecting to be fobbed off and told I needed to have ordered it myself having bought it from a friend but they were perfectly happy to send the part with just a photo to prove I still had the old version The part arrived within 24 hours via Royal Mail first class 10 10 support arm is solid zero complaints When I next need to buy a monitor arm I will come to Invision without a second thought
