DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY after a break up and moving into my own flat I was emailed by ittria to handle all my bills at the time I was like yeah ok il pay someone to take a job off of me They didn t I live in a one bedroom flat in summer by myself washing machine goes on one a week cooker once a day and this rip off firm charged me 170 a month 68 of which was gas THERE IS NO GAS IN THE BUILDING It s an all electronic flat my council tax hasn t been paid either and was told by ittria that a payment has been made and if it has not shown up on the Edinburgh council web site i need to phone the council and sort it out WHAT AM I PAYING YOU GUYS FOR This is a cow boy rip off company And I m down just shy of 600 for 2 months in electric and council tax

I wouldn t recommend this company As a matter of fact they changed my electric company without my consent and also had me paying high amounts of bills in regards to energy When i rang them to provide my final bill they keep saying that the energy company has a billing error i made the initiative to ring the Rebel only for them to say that they have no errors It such a shame that the company is so dishonest I think they have blocked my number as every time i ring them it goes straight to voicemail Can someone please help in directing where i should report them They are very fraudulent

Avoid these froadsters at all costs iff you see the word ittoria close it down they will steal your identity they fraudulently obtain your bank details and innitiate energy switches without your consent my honest oppinion is this company be closed down and all fraudsters who work this company be imprisoned for life on fraud charges this is the most dishonest company i have ever come across i did a energy comparison on line and the end results was a dearer quote than the energy supplier I am currently with so I left it a week later I got an email from rebel energy who are initiating a switch without my consent and this is due to ittria who are responsible rebel energy started the switch they sent me a email to say that a direct debit was being set up they had my bank details sort code and account number and I never gave ittoria or rebel energy these details so these was obtained fraudulently if there was a minus star rating it would have been minus 100 Close this company down before someone gets ripped off and looses vital information and alot of money

SCAMMERS Switched my energy supplier without permission sent emails at 2am in the morning with my bank details on a direct debit mandate from Rebel energy How did they get hold of my bank details if not through fraudulent means Ofgem needs to stop all your activities before you cause more people distress
