you have to have account joke 1 I dont want or need an account more passwords joke 2 Form is a pain to fill in for a gaurentor they want to much personel info no wonder there is so much identity theft Pathetic people and companys Gaurentor could be done so simple but no we want to make money Even Trust Pilot want to give you an account and email address to send more emails i dont want

This company switched my energy provider without my consent or even having the courtesy to inform me

Difficult to use

This company unknown to us put Scottish Power as the supplier for a property we rent We were and still want to remain with the supplier we have picked which we ve done for the past 8 years Trying to contact this company is a joke all you get is answer phone to email them and they say they will get back to you in 2 days I have discovered today 16 9 21 that they are a partner with Scottish Power now that s what I call dodgy We have now contacted our MP as we are getting no satisfaction from the letting agents or Ittria

Difficult to use It s not user friendly Rejects document uploads even if they are the below the required size limit There are disguised marketing at the end that look like required boxes that need ticking to submit

Poor Service - Unrequested supplier switch

Attempted to compete a reference application - had to pause half way When I tried to log back into my account it just wouldn t work was sent password reset after reset did this 5 times and still wouldn t work Emailed help contact - no responseNo one answering the phone either I am due to start my tenancy in 2 days and will most likely be unable to do this because of all of the clerical incompetence

Poor online document

Disguised as Agency in the name of the email Claim to make things easier but don t get your approval to reach out to any of the suppliers Goes with their preferred supplier without getting your input Not customer-oriented at all When enquired they default to please check with the agency I had to redo all the applications are they were all messed up Council water and gaz electricity
