Untrustworthy business and terrible customer service
We purchased a water test kit that promised results in under 7 days When we did not get the results on time we contacted the customer service team who were unable to deal with our complaint and claimed that results should be expected 7 days after arriving at their laboratory in Germany This is clearly not what they advertised on their website Customer services would not refund so we went out of our way by making contact with their CEO via LinkedIn He didn t manage to help all that much Whilst we have the results they took over 3 weeks to arrive we feel cheated and that this company could not care less I would not recommend this business to anybody

Excellent product and lab service The information provided with pack petri and leaflets is very user-friendly and well explained No need for printer - QR code shown to royal mail post office suffices - and the return of analysis results is pretty efficient within their timeline Great communication throughout and very high quality I would recommend to anyone and will likely repurchase in the future
