My experience was very good I would rate 5 out of 5 Okey at the Christmas time might took a bit longer over two weeks for my order to arrive but I received everything delivered into pick up location at the Ivo Nikkolo store The item which I wanted to return was accepted back you need to complete return request online first and leave at the store and the refund was transferred to my bank account on next day Super fast Thank you Ivo Nikkolo team p s I love your down coats and cashmere sweaters - the best buys ever Greetings from Vilnius
