Always great service from Jackson s There was a slight delay with the delivery owing to the fact that Parcelforce sent my parcel to the wrong delivery depot but it was no real problem Some of the main reasons I use Jackson s is their website is excellent first class and just about as user friendly as it could get They have an extensive product range of art materials at competitive pricing Plus depending on circumstances they will price match any other supplier in the UK Highly recommend

Very poor delivery experience but great customer service to address the issue

The delivery company was very difficult to get in touch with and properly reschedule delivery there was no option to leave instruction Several time even though they did not show up and leave a note the status said they did Very poor delivery experience I received the items in 14 days I recommend to change this courier However Jackson s handled the case very well and gave a token for the inconvenience Their customer service was very helpful
