I brought some spindles from this

I brought some spindles from this company The delivery charges are 24 which is ridiculous They ask you to choose the delivery day Then blame the delivery company for not delivering on your chosen day Please don t use them as I even booked a trades person to do my job So lost my deposit for that as well

Delivered damaged stair parts

Delivered damaged stair parts Sent their courier to pick it up who apparently damaged it further They claim this is my fault because I didn t box it up and they didn t ask me to Whilst they gave me a refund for the damaged item they won t replace or even sell the newel post so I now have half a stair case Trying to reason with the manager unfortunately on the phone was not possible Avoid this company at all costs

This Company are the best

This Company are the best bought stair handrail baserail and spindles in primed white I was able to select delivery date and was kept updated on what was happening and items came on time and well packaged Wood was finished to such a high standard even my joiner was impressed Price was excellent for the same quality you won t find cheaper anywhere Will be buying from again and definitely recommend them you won t be disappointed 10 out of 10

Great service

Great service There was a problem with delivery and I had to phone to chase this but the lady Deborah I think was lovely and did her best to sort it When it arrived I d ordered the wrong size spindles and it wasn t a problem at all to exchange Would certainly recommend them

Ordered from JWT for new spindles

Ordered from JWT for new spindles base rail handrail etc and all as expected at a decent price I did do two separate orders The first order I did not receive any confirmation and could only loosely recall a date On calling the person was very helpful and advised on the date but did say it may be moved out I had no problem with that and the goods arrived the following day with no problems The second delivery I created an account on the website and was kept up to date automatically and there were no problems at all Thank you for good quality parts and I personally would recommend

Very helpful and keen prices

Being quite local to me I collected the stair parts which were dispensed very quick and a good price and quality This being good in itself I happened by accident to lock my car keys wallet and phone inside the car when informing the staff of my predicament they couldn t be more helpful despite being very busy and for this I can t praise them enough

Excellent service at a good price

I ordered from Jackson Woodturners as I couldn t find stock locally and the online price was better than elsewhere I spoke once with their customer service team who were really helpful and friendly The delivery arrived on the expected date and the packaging was excellent - not excessive but with a lot of effort to ensure nothing was damaged All in all an excellent service

very easy company to work with

very easy company to work with but you do have to have some building knowledge most bad reviews are from people that are not in construction this is not wicks or b q they are woodturners a staircase is a big investment and should never be rushed I would use again and recommend

Brilliant quality and service

Ordered my handrails and fittings on their website and quote a delivery date which was an easy process Recieved a tracking email for my order this morning during an overnight delivery and the delivery was bang on The packaging was amazing and safe in bubble wrap and 2 large sealed cardboard tubes perfect with no chance of damage and my handrails were pre-primed and top quality The fittings wall brackets end caps etc were in a well sealed seperate box Thank you Jackson Woodturners for a professional experience and I would not hesitate to place an order with you again Cheers Steve

Online dealings with jackson woodturners

Despite ordering the wrong size item twice jackson woodturners accepted and refunded the returns They also helped me finally size the item correctly The delivery and quality of item was excellent Customer service was patient with me and I would certainly recommend jackson woodturners to anyone
