Beyond belief in the most negative way I will never use this company every again From start to finish of loan application and by finish I mean I had to cancel the application it was 22 days I was told my application was unconditionally approved numerous times and going to settlement on several occasions only to be told the next day a totally different story Plenty of promises but under delivering in customer service from start to finish My file went to who I understand was the highest in the chain at Jade Finance who promised to get the result only to then hand ball me over to the lender they recommended and now have told me via phone call they wished they never used them 22 days later no outcome Steer clear of this company and save yourself the brain damage If I could give a ZERO star rating that s what I would give them A big thumbs down from me Perhaps they need to train their brokers to a higher standard because what I experienced was something you would expect from an amateur

Applied for a small loan merely as a comparison Have been approved by a much larger company but was comparing rates Only gave me email address and phone number received an email no phone call to say it was rejected Can only surmise it was the size of the loan which was rather small Poor experience will not recommend or use again

Warning jade finance in run by a bunch of inexperienced nitwits they are keen as to get all your details and credentials to only disappear and have no contact with you almost feels like a scam Be very careful

Broker who gave you hope and can not help you at all at the end
