We are very pleased with this dutch company received our set of curtains and romans within 2 weeks boxed nicely and carefully wrapped Customer service reacted on some of my wife s questions within 1 working day and seemed professional and clear Will definitely order again from them

Very happy with the services of jaloezieen fabriek We ordered for our vacation home a bunch of wooden slats and some blackout rollers for the bedrooms All we re delivered after 3 weeks and were packaged neatly and all instructions and plugs et cetera in plastic bags Instructions were easy to follow and the blinds were quite easy to mount and hang all nicely in our house Only point was that it took some time to get the free samples home but not a big thing

Great shop

Unfortunately they could not deliver the fabric I had ordered but they let me know as soon as they knew it so I could order another one They were fast in answering my questions The fabric I choose instead of the ones I had picked were cheaper and they returned the difference and I didn t even had to ask for it They delivered as they have promised and I will be buying there again as soon as I need something new for my window They are cheaper than other companies but they deliver pretty good quality

Great quality fair price perfect service We ordered a total of 6 blinds for the portion of our ground floor that is visible from the road The price of a little under 940 euros is very fair given te outstanding quality of both the wood and the mechanical parts we received The fit is perfect installation a piece of cake and the aftersales service simply great Because of a remodelling of our house we were only able to mount the last blind half a year after the purchase During that time we somehow misplaced the mounting brackets They did not hesitate to send us new ones Rarely see this kind of service anywhere
