One star is even too much for them to be rated It is the worst online shopping experience with the worst customer service They are out of reach and even if they reply they just want to brush you off giving you useless information that you already know I ordered June 11 and they did not update the shipment They did not provide me any new updates since June 24 Unfortunately I found out so late that this happened to many other customers as shown in their Instagram official page just go check the comments under their posts

Crooks Over a month and order not received
It has been over a month since I placed a 400 order and it s nowhere to be found I ve contacted customer service multiple times They don t answer the phone or respond to emails I m giving it another couple days before I file I dispute with my credit card issuer Horrible company and last order I ll ever place with them

Horrific Customer Service
Horrific customer service I purchased a pair or Hunter boots for my son and when it arrived the boots were scratched and clearly used so I returned it The tracking shows that they received my return package two months ago I contacted customer service and all they can tell me is we are updating our system in the coming weeks and refunds will be issued then So essentially two months later and I still have not received my refund and they can t give me a clear answer as to when the refund will be processed How can a company still operate this way in this day and age when most companies provide such excellent customer service

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a dress set along with several accessory items that matched as a gift I had them sent directly to the recipients and then was notified that the outfit had been cancelled but still the shoes and tights were sent I did not need the shoes and tights without the matching outfit I told them immediately that I wanted to cancel the order but they indicated it was too late and shipped just shoes and tights anyway The recipient was a little surprised to receive shoes and tights which matched nothing I will never order from them again

Cannot cancel the order on it has been placed BEWARE
I placed an order on Saturday and reached out Monday early morning when their Customer Service open to either cancel or change their shipping methods The order wasn t even processed yet and Customer Serive Fritzie wouldn t cancel it for me saying this is their terms and conditions I work an e-commerce so I know how easy it is especially when the order is not processed yet to simply cancel and refund it It is a function built in to most e-commerce stores and so you know Janie and Jack is doing this on purpose This is a very unfair condition for the customer and I advise anyone reading this review to consider before purchasing

Completely unacceptable
Completely unacceptable customer service Paid 2 days express shipping only to find that 10 days later the order was not even shipped stuck in their warehouse wherever it was Customer service was nowhere to be reached I sent them 2 emails just to completely be ignored I have been shopping from Janie and Jack for 8 years and I think their customer service quality has gone down drastically

Customer Service Not Responsive
I placed an order with Janie and Jack The order got delivered I wanted to return items but there system is not working A duplicate showed up I emailed called customer service and after no response for 4 days I called customer service They immediately emailed a return label for the duplicate order and acted like that was a huge favor for me But the other return label would like another 2-3 days 5 days later no label Called customer service- no answer only the option to leave a message The chat only said they would send another label in another 2-3 days The order was placed a month ago now
