Complete fraud

I tried to cancel my order because I did not receive it in time No response from the company Then I tried to return the boots because they are very poorly made and very cheap material No way can they they be worn in cold weather As advertised The company again did not respond Do not order from this company they are a complete fraud I m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau

Communication and confirmation issues

I have questions about my order I have called the telephone number provided but get the same recording the person you are trying is unavailable I would like to speak to a person and see if my order was received The were deducted immediately from my account but no order number or any communication Have I been taken

I would never order anything from this company again ordered two pairs of tennis shoes bottom of noth pairs are hard plastic did not recieve the brand i ordered or the color in one of the pairs they are nothing but junk They do not want to do a full refund they want to send the right color and if you would try and wear a pair of those shoes plan on slipping and falling they are hard plastic soles

This is the worst company things come from China they smell so bad and the return policy is crap ship back to China on your own dime you don t get a full refund the product is garbage they should be banned

Ordered 3 light up tutu s for Christmas 2 weeks ago None mail confirmation I started to feel scammed I m usually good that way I read reviews before I purchase but this one slipped by me I have tried to contact the company by phone but the recording sounds like an Australian man and tells you to leave a message They never even mention a company name Now what

Absolutely terrible - shoes run small bad quality

Absolutely terrible They use a sizing chart that is completely inaccurate They sent me shoes that were the wrong size and are telling me that it s correct based on their inaccurate shoe size chart which RUNS SMALL Both shoes sent to me were inaccurate in size but they refuse to do anything about it and told me that they sent the correct size even though they didn t You can t use the number listed and the support via email does nothing Don t order from them I want my money back but I have no where to turn to to submit a formal complaint only via their support email

False advertising product not as described

The boots look nothing like what is advertised in the picture In the email communication they state that the item can be sent back to Asia but shipment may lost and cannot be refunded until they arrive at warehouse and that shipping is 40 although I paid 7 99 for shipping which led me to believe they were a company in Delaware The product is not the same color or quality that is pictured It is a plastic boot with black plastic soles that is poorly stitched and has none of the comfort products listed in the ad I contacted the seller as soon as I received the boots but they want to refund 20 or have the boots shipped to Asia which may be lost and not refunded per their email correspondence
