Black Vatican Set and Customer Service

I purchased Jazzupco s vatican set in black as well as some of the two piece vatican extras and I am absolutely stunned with just how beautiful they are If you are looking for some beautiful and well made chopsticks I definitely recommend purchasing their extra sets I ve purchased black flatware sets before and the black always quickly flakes off or easily scratches off With the Jazzupco sets even if it sustains a scratch which doesn t happen easily there are multiple coatings so silver doesn t shine through I was worried with the small stems and short length of the vatican set that they would feel light and cheap but the weight is comfortable and the knives are balanced One of my vatican fruit forks had a manufacturing defect and one my vatican teaspoons had a scuff from shipping These are some of the separate extra pieces I ordered I had a very large order so for these to be the only two pieces with noticeable damage was very impressive to me Ordering replacements was incredibly easy at no cost to me and handled professionally and promptly Jazzupco s team is efficient incredibly kind and seems to care a lot about keeping good customer relationships The flatware doesn t bend despite the dainty looking stems and I m very happy with the quality After my initial order everything shipped in 2 days which was very convenient I ll definitely be ordering from Jazzupco again in the future as their customer service definitely made this experience for me

We love our new matte gold utensils They are heavy duty made so well and packed in a beautiful box with each place setting protected in its own bag Makes my table scape look amazing for a special occasion

The pieces are beautiful Two of my forks were scratched upon arrival but the customer service was outstanding and they are replacing those two So far I love them and I am very pleased with the customer service and how quickly they were willing to make it right

Happy with the purchase

The plates I received look exactly how I imagined them when ordering The design is modern and unique and hard to find elsewhere at a similarly attractive price point It took the company around 2 weeks to process my order but the shipment itself went pretty fast and I received my package earlier than expected There was a little hiccup during delivery as my neighbor picked up the package without letting me know I thought it went missing I contacted the company and received a surprisingly prompt reply so it looks like Jazzupco has good customer service willing to help out when needed Overall I am happy with the purchase and had a good experience Will definitely consider buying from Jazzupco in the future

Just Amazing

Great products Amazing quality it is not flimsy at all and the color is so pretty I was always looking for matte rose gold that I cannot wait to invite my family and friends Not only the product is amazing but the people behind it is amazing as well I had bit of concern when I purchased and contacted the company and soon enough Lawrence owner texted me back Which company does that I loved the entire experience I had with them The packaging was very well done and I had no missing parts or broken piece I will definitely recommend the products and will keep buying from them for sure

Gorgeous well priced fast delivery

I was looking for a flatware set and had a specific style in mind When the set I had my eye on from a major home goods store sold out I resorted to Google and found JAZZUPCO I d never heard of them but their selection was well curated and a good price I bought a flatware set from them and it arrived within days beautifully packaged Just what I was looking for and high quality I can t wait to host a tiny dinner party
