We would strongly advise against selling your vehicle with this company The service communication and payment have all been completely unsatisfactory so much so that we have requested to make a formal complaint which has also failed In summary Paul the Sales Manager made no effort to keep us informed at any point of the sales process No messages left requesting him to contact us and there were many were returned Once the sale was confirmed we were still not kept informed of when it would be complete or indeed what we would be paid We had to call Paul continually to reach him as he was still not returning our calls None of the information he then gave us was correct and we could not contact him Payment was not received We were unable to contact accounts directly as they are outsourced and no number is available just an email which we never received a response from We were also unable to make a complaint as the Management above Paul are also off site and JC Leisure will not provide their information - they took our details and said they would pass it on and we would be contacted Essentially not a useful complaint procedure We have finally received our payment but it has been a long and difficult path to get here - and so far still no contact from the JC Leisure Management to address our issues

JC Leisure provided a great experience for purchasing and maintaining motorhomes Paul and the team are knowledgeable helpful and attentive ensuring every detail is handled smoothly From buying our motorhome to cleaning carpets and fitting extras their service has been excellent No pressure just genuine support throughout Highly recommend their expertise and customer care

Massive Thank You to Benjamin and the team at JC Leisure we hired a 6 Berth Motorhome for Half Term and have been touring all over Northern France with it Even before we booked we popped down to see the team to try and work out what style of motorhome it was that we wanted to rent and one fo the team spent a good 90 minutes with my family just talking us through all of the options Once we had decided and we booked Benjamin has been really helpful with everything from giving me all the info i needed before we picked up to handover and my delivery back this morning to them We will certainly be renting another motorhome from them again at some point in the future

Great service I had used them for many years We have had the Motorhome serviced there now we are using the storage always bin very helpful

Found this company really helpful when i needed to find storage for my campervan on the quick Angela managed to find me a space at a reasonable price with no fuss Would recommend and will use again

We found the whole experience exciting and pleasant Being able to explore the motorhomes without being pestered was great and the discussion and sale were done with no pressure Prices seemed reasonable compared to the market We even visited again the next day to take another look while we wait for vehicle preparation and were again treated with helpful advice and smiles

Fantastic warmly welcomed experience from Paul Alan and the rest of the team I must say the whole dipping our goes into buying a van was great and we felt fully supported all throughout our journey with JC Leisure Product knowledge customer service was perfect I would highly recommend this company for all your motorhome caravan requirements We will definitely be using this company again Thanks again guys

Everything was as expected no cause to complain a good all round storage service for two years

We had our second day of our vacation from Holland and experienced problems with our gassystem Although JC Leisure had a full planning they took some time to search for our problem After a short time he returnes and said the problem was fixed shortage of knowledge on our side They did not charge anything So lots of compliments for this campany Thank you very much Also for the coffee and thee

What a very professional and friendly company Extremely helpful as we were first time purchasers They explained every element of the motorhome including a full demonstration Always available to answer questions helpful with supplying contacts for additional extras All aspects and snags were completed to a high standard plus extras Definitely the company to use Would strongly recommend them
