Just received my order from John Creed first time ordering from there and I will defiantly be ordering again I ordered x3 Nomination Charms and a Personalised Nomination Bracelet I got a free Bracelet as I spent over a a certain amount what was really nice The delivery was really quick as today I received all my items and a bonus they managed to put a paw print on the charm so I m really happy Thank you Kayleigh 5 Servise would defiantly recommend ordering from them

My go to place for charms

I always go to John Greed first for Nomination charms and have purchased from them many times over the years This year I opted for the personalised engraving on a plain charm and am pleased to say they don t disappoint they re beautiful Also want to thank Marie in Customer Service as I requested a second gift bag after ordering 2 charms for different people as Christmas gifts and she has organised a second bag to be sent out straight away without issue Great service as always

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from John Greed After a little mishap within the warehouse and the item was delivered the assistance I received from John Greed was second to none The correct item was shipped out pretty much instantly when they were made aware of the issue and when it arrived the next day a return label was attached to send the incorrect items back Through my own mistake I had ordered the wrong size bracelet and after a quick email I was sent extra links at no cost which again arrived the next day Fantastic customer service wish every company was this easy to deal with

I have just recently discovered John Greed Jewellery and without a doubt would highly recommend them I ordered a Nomination charm online which arrived 24 hours later to the Scottish Highlands Sadly I had to exchange it due to a duplicate purchase This was no problem at all My 2nd charm arrived just as promptly Both were beautiful good quality charms complete with gorgeous packaging to give as a gift I also used the credit as a result of this exchange to treat myself to a pretty necklace It was out of stock but a quick email to enquire about this led to it being ordered especially for me from their suppliers and delivered once again ultra quickly With JGJ you get excellent service quality products value for money and customer service second to none What s not to love about them I ll definitely look to this company first from now on

I ordered a personalised nomination charm for my daughters birthday with her nanas handwriting The process was so easy just taking a picture and uploading it I placed the order on 3rd and it arrived on 6th what service I could not be happier with the charm It s perfect Thank you
