I let myself be robbed by a thief wearing white gloves Example several pairs of headphones in boxes all broken and in one box completely different headphones no return or warranty because when I buy from Johnpyeauctions I am apparently waiving my consumer rights Money and nerves wasted

I won a first auction last week and received the parcel this afternoon to discover the product was broken and the actual product packaging which wasn t visible from the website listing states Refurbished with a red label turns off when in use They sell e-waste without even mentioning it in the listing The auction did mention retail returns overstock ex-display goods not faulty products I also contacted their support which tried to convince me their business is legit I will do my best to shut them down the first step it to complain to the Gov authority

First and last time Bought an Instax Mini camera and it s broken The lens is stuck and there was no mention of it being broken anywhere

John Pye Auctions company operated by few Crimnal minded calprits who own this company their Names can be found on John Pye Auctions Company s House website who are operating from James Shipstone House Radford Road Nottingham NG7 7EA I dealt twice with this company and both time they cheated with me 1st time on 11 Apr 23 company sent me the half of my ordered product even I complained but no action taken by them 2nd time I ordered on 27 Jun 24 but when i received it was not turning on at all when they sold there was not a single word was written it is faulty or not It was a terrible experience with them and I will suggest everyone be careful dealing with them All affected people can submit the complaint against these criminals report their website on NCSC website and spread the word everywhere about these Robbers

Get value for money if you want to receive broken items Smashed glass lampshades broken table tops Plus don t always assume that you will even receive the goods you have paid for but if you enjoy waiting for your money to be refunded this is certainly the place for you

Having paid a considerable amount for a high end treadmill and paid their delivery fee John Pye simply never delivered it After a month I kept trying to get an answer to where my item was The response was we aim to get it to you within 14 days of the sale This was a month after the sale and they kept on starting the same thing No help what so ever has been offered John Pyes contract essentially states the timescale for delivery is unlimited Worst business I ve ever used No customer service and no accountability They will pocket your money and wash their hands off they re legal obligations
