Product is a scam customer service doesn t care
I am 95 sure that their product is BS Complete snake oil I tested their filtered water with a TDS tester and it came up with more contamination than my gross tap water I emailed customer service and they issued a refund that I didn t ask for and stopped answering my emails I contacted them on insta and started posting comments to get their attention and they blocked me The company was completely uninterested in keeping me as a customer I previously had a subscription and was willing to continue but they didn t offer to replace my shower filter in the event that my unit was faulty they just cut me off So yeah outlook not good Probably a total scam

This company has has the worst customer service I was given the run around and then when I dare questioned a representative he completely ignored me and ended our conversation There is no transparency with this company Everyone is paying the expensive price tag and don t know what they re paying for Jolie refuses to prove their product works they refuse to prove they did indeed test their product through a lab and it claims to do what they state I refuse to support a company that isn t transparent treats customers as if they their concerns aren t significant and lies all while charging a premium

Ok ridiculous You can t turn the shower head to get the filter in It gets stuck When you contact the company they know it s a glitch so they feed you a bunch of bullshit ways to try and get it off Rubber gloves soak in vinegar or hot water ha give that a try and see how it goes or unscrew the whole thing and see if you can get it to turn The response I got from Alfeb Jolie rep was so bad the hair company I bought it from apologized The last 3 months hasn t solved my scalp issues so 350 down the tube Don t bother

POS show head horrible customer service
Unfortunately my wife bought shower head without research the Product was crap was not working after a week Junk and after one phone call that was a just a blow off call it was not worth the hasle to pay to have shipped back so we went to home depot bought something else and move on We like the new Home Depot Fault No issues and no attitude

Be very careful they re a scam They make it seem like you re only paying 0 upfront and then 33 every three months for a subscription But instead they charge you 160 immediately Even if you return the item they still keep the charge Totally misleading and shady

I had to cancel my pre-order Some unfortunate COVID-related events in my family forced me to reconsider financing a new showerhead Jolie exceeded my standards when I initially found their Jolie filter Jolie exceeded my standards again after honoring their no-questions-asked generously time-limited refund policy with a very punctual response from a Jolie team member I ll definitely be back to buy my Jolie Shower filter after Jolie offered such excellent customer support

UPDATE 1 8 25I spoke to Jolie Customer Support and they refunded me the expedited shipping fee and my item finally shipped out I was happy with their response so I ve updated this review Previous Review I ordered the Jolie Showerhead 6 days ago and paid for UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping 6 days later I ve heard nothing from them no shipping info no updates nothing I should have had this shower head days ago Waiting for someone from customer service to let me know what s going on and to refund me for the expedited shipping that I paid for
