Customer Service is Great
My problem was that the three-pack filters did not arrive together which I thought they would arrive individually every two months as it was clearly indicated on the website but customer service said it should have been sent altogether Nether the less of the confusion I explained it to them and they were willing to send me the other two that did not arrive They also did it quick like right after our conversation Not to mention the Larq pitcher and bottle are both great and easy to use makes me feel way safer when drinking from tap water

Good product good customer support
I have had my LARQ pitcher for about 10 months now It is pricey but it is a good product and the customer support is good I am writing now as a result of a positive customer service experience After 10 months of use I suddenly had a few problems I needed help troubleshooting A physical issue with the filter itself and a tech issue wherein the device-to-app link dropped and I couldn t get it reconnected The customer service stuck with me going back and forth sending them images of what was going on and all my issues ended up being resolved The filter issue ended up being an error on my end and the tech issue was just one of those things that happens with tech and I was not tech savvy enough to figure it out without the help

Great Product Support
I own the Larq pitcher The first product I received had an issue where it would occasionally drip water as it was being poured I reached out to support who helped we troubleshoot the issue Unable to fix the issue they eventually sent me a whole new pitcher Great customer service

Safe water in Fiji
I am currently deployed to Fiji so purchased one of the LARQ drink bottles as the water not safe to drink The bottle has been amazing but then had an issue with it not working I contacted the customer service team and dealt with Marissa who was fantastic She very quickly organized a new top to be sent to me Absolutely no hassles and such an immediate response Very impressed Can t wait to be back filtering water and not contributing to the plastic waste Well done LARQ team

Outstanding customer service from Patricio
I got my Larq bottle last year for my 21st - I had wanted one for ages and was so thrilled to have it I then experienced some issues with the cap not charging and was very forlorn Contacted customer services expecting a lengthy battle Ended up being dealt with politely and quickly by Patricio the customer service rep Patricio was just excellent - after sending a quick video of the charging issue a new cap in the same colour was sent to my door Thanks Patricio and Larq You ve made my day

After 1 5 years - I d recommend it
I ve been using the bottle purevis for close to 1 5 years now It does what it s supposed to do Also I completely disagree with all of the negative comments about customer support Every time I had a problem they responded within 24 hours max and have always been extremely helpful shout out Irena Maybe it s up to luck but it s been a great product for me Also - it doesn t dent or scratch as easily as a lot of people make it out Mine is close to being like new after all this time using it daily - just take care of your things lol

We love our larq products
We love our larq products One of our filters was sent to the wrong address but customer service was able to help no problem and a new filter is on the way We did wait about a week to hear back from our initial inquiry but Martina was very helpful once communication was initiated from their end I actually forgot to respond back to her first email and she sent a follow up email a few days later to make sure I had received it and to figure out next steps I m not sure how many companies send a follow up email like that but I was very grateful and impressed

Sent replacement with no hassle
With regular use of the pitcher we got a small crack along the edge I submitted a request for replacement via the app and Martina emailed back quickly I provided her a photo and some very basic information With no hassle at all she said another pitcher was on its way We just received it Great customer service thank you
