Always low on stock Gappy shelves Poor displays Never seem to have what I go in for so have to buyv an alternative I didn t really want Staff never helpful and not very knowledgeable

I had an old jollies card they said it was no good anymore but they didn t explain how to get the new pet thing

Could have been more helpful

I was looking for a new harness for my dog and although there were many staff members around nobody offered to help Managed to work out how they went on myself and found the right size Also needed something for dog constipation but it there was nothing in stock and no advice available from the two staff members

The choice of wet dog food was very

The choice of wet dog food was very limited and was much worse than the average Pets At Home branch I have a dog with allergies to all poultry and duck but I usually have a good choice at either Pets At Home or my local independent pet food store I was able to get my regular choice of dried dog food I won t return unless the choice improves

Not enough choice

Not enough choice I wanted something for parasites The only treatment had tee tree as an active ingredient I would have preferred a choice with medicine There were were about 6 treatments for tap water I like Jolly s the staff are lovely but with little training

Often the stock isn t good

Often the stock isn t good items are regularly out of stock or are different therefore frequently unable to buy pet s favourites Also apparently there s a points scheme but we never see any benefit from that Friendly staff though

Not the best place to shop

The prices were not too bad about same as everyone else but staff were not helpful at all Wanted to do app to get deals but staff didn t want to help at all then staff member who did my order was more interested in going on her break said I d get 10 off my first purchase which I didn t receive realised when I got home and checked receipt Not very helpful no knowledge of anything

The sizing online of Rosie and Rufus dog clothes are

The Rosie and Rufus dog clothes are sizes 40 45 55 etc on your website they only do small medium and large which doesnt match up to anything they need to say the right sizes my dog needs a 55 and what on earth is that on small medium and large apparently this also varies depending on the coat as to what size that coat goes upto I have asked staff and they dont understand it either The website need to reflect the sizing in store My dog specifically fits 55 not 50 For this reason a number of times i havent been able to get coats i want online when thet dont have them in store and they cant order them for me either The website isnt good The staff are lovely and friendly but help your staff and customers out and sort the website out

Staff friendly On paying was asked to buy a tin of dog food for charity My receipt shows I bought an expensive tin of dog food and not one being donated to charity Don t know if a charity actually gets them This happens way too often in Jollyes I donate to the Dogs Trust on a monthly basis but feel pressured to buy these tins of dog food when in Jollyes Who receives them

No fish what more can I say you have a server disadvantage I don t think you have any livestock at all in the stevenage store Pets at home have fish rabbits Guinea-pigs fish more plus in-house grooming a vets
