The assistant asked for 33 approx

The assistant asked for 33 approx payment for 2 refills for adaptil I said i dont think so she then said oh they are on offer which they were 20 per cent off I then said are the refills in the box knowing that the boxes were very light and that I had read on the display that you take the dummy box to the till for the actual refill to be given She said yes they were then said no they werent and gave me the refills I suggest there is more staff training required

I am confused by all the friendly

I am confused by all the friendly staff comments as today was my 2nd time visiting the store and the staff were actually unfriendly The 1st time I visited was a year ago when I 1st got my puppy I received the same cold reception then and therefore decided not to return I needed a product today and I was next door I popped in I approached 2 members of staff who were talking to each other and patiently waited for them to stop talking which wasn t the problem but then once they finished and seeing me standing there waiting they just walked off I then had to approach them again I then asked for advice about the required product and it felt like I was a nuisance asking I won t be returning again

The staff in the new Blackburn store

The staff in the new Blackburn store were very nice and one of them recommended the food I should put my 6 year old boxer on So I purchased said food lifestage biscuits saying it would be better than my current brand from your competitor I shouldn t have listened because my dog is now so poorly with a bad tummy it s frightening I ve now taken her off this food but would like a full refund that I m currently trying to gain and no reply up to yet

Hi we go to the local store on a regular basis and the staff look so miserable It takes all of a effort to smile when being served it has changed quite a lot since I first started to go there young people just don t know customer friendly service if I knew anywhere else what sell jollies own dry food I would definitely take my custom elsewhere sorry for the negative comment but you did say to be trueful

Very disappointed poor experiance with the way the

Very dissapointed with the way the puppy injections are done puppy isn t checked properly to make sure all is ok no questions asked Just injection given and see you next year Also told puppy may get diarrhea if it lasts more than 2 days then you have a problem Although lady at the till was very pleasant the purchases I was asking for wasn t available

It was really busy but only one person on the till A line of around 10 customers and I needed to wait to ask a question I was looking for a dog foot bandage and there was only one product and it was fairly poor Doesn t fit well Isn t waterproof and no other options available

Somewhat limited choice of certain products

You don t stock Smartbones products - these are rawhide free and highly digestible My dog loves them but I always have to go to Pets at Home to get them There is a lack of similar alternatives and flavours

Lacking stock for cats

Lacking good selection of cat toys No stimulating toys such as balls you can put dry food or treats in and no wind up mice Also poor choice of scratching posts

Today i found out the discount is being

Today i found out the discount is being reduced from 15 to 10 and the price of the food has also been hicked up Was told the new owners have done an overview and decided 15 acceptable and decided to decrese the customers loyalty Well i will now be paying another rival company higher prices as my loyalty we no longer be to jollies Their food is good but their customer care is not
