Easy spacus shop with easy access for the disabled

A great pet shop for all your furry friends All on one ground level floor they also do a discount reward card for regular visitor s The staff are kind and helpful as well I would recommend visiting there it is situated opposite Asda in Ellesmere Port

Some great offers

Some great offers which are really important to me Lots of room to park no queuing at tills Can use my Jolleyes card just giving my postcode so no need to carry an additional card Disappointed the animal section has gone and nobody could tell me why or where they had gone

A nice and welcoming store

A nice and welcoming store It took a few minutes to find a colleague to help me but as soon as I did she stopped what she was doing right away and was really helpful I often visit another large pet retailer just a short walk from this store where the staff ignore customers their customer service is poor and the store not very welcoming It s a refreshing change to go into this Jollyes store to find it welcoming and the staff eager to assist

It was a good experience but when

It was a good experience but when walked in to see the animals they had gone very disappointing as alway look forward to seeing them They always brought the feeling of been in a pet shop Now just feels like boating shop even though the staff are alway happy to help

I do love it here but

I do love it here but the fact that the staff don t do the orders now is a bit wrong they know what they need What I wanted they didn t have If the staff saw something was low they d be able to put it on the next order but because head office do the orders it means some things can be out of stock for a while Let store staff do the orders

They re nice but they show a different price and when you go pay they say something different then what it said on the paper

Great value for money

Great value for money prompt delivery Only gave 4 as there were a number of issues when placing the order in the end I had two orders placed couldn t cancel one Enough food to last a long time

Found what I wanted at great price

Found what I wanted at great price for items they sell for pets etc I went in Tonbridge store yesterday and was told they no longer sell hamsters and other small animals etc in Tonbridge store I don t know if this is just Tonbridge store or nationwide Still a good place to buy things for pets but some people may go to pet s at home as they sell hamsters and other small furries It s a shame Tonbridge store no longer sell hamsters and other furries I will continue to shop at jollyes Tonbridge to buy things like sawdust hamster food cage disinfectant etc but will have to go to Pet s at home Sevenoaks or Tunbridge Wells stores when and if I buy a hamster in the future Jollyes Tonbridge has been selling hamsters and other small furries since store opening in 2017 but there is obviously a good reason why they don t sell hamsters or small furries any more

Squeaky snowman is no longer squeaky

The staff were great and friendly I could mostly find what I was looking for Sadly the squeaky snowman that I bought for my puppy has broken within a day The squeaky has fallen inside the snowman therefore making it dangerous for my puppy as it could be a choking hazard I sadly won t be able to get back to the store to see if I can exchange for another one
