Everything is fine until the product

Everything is fine until the product arrives broken or breaks during use Then the customer service wount answered The contact form on the website is in Swedish Videos and pictures cannot be added Time is delayed on purpose Very disappointed

Been waiting for my parcel for the past

Been waiting for my parcel for the past 13 days so has Posti It has not even made it to Finland I don t know about the real status of the parcel Today I wrote to the customer service about my inquiry because I will change address and I said if it cannot make it by the end of the week and changing where the parcel will arrive is not possible then I would ask for a cancellation I got an email saying they got my parcel and that the return was accepted That was an inquiry - not a DIRECT DEMAND I DID NOT RETURN ANYTHING OR ASK FOR A CANCELLATION YET It turns out I can ask for the change of the address or at least get it dropped off at a drop off point Why did the person who cancelled it go ahead and cancel it How is that a return Where were the apologies What did I wait for Am I to pay for this imaginary journey the parcel took How will I be paid back I cannot reply to the email so I will try calling to get answers BUT this is TOTAL WASTE OF TIME They are giving scammer vibes Go buy from elsewhere As it turns out they just have horrible operations when it comes to logistics Save your time and inner peace to yourself if you don t want to wait for a parcel for min 3 weeks and to try to get things right during the wait Still go buy from elsewhere

Very bad experience with jollyroom

Very bad experience with jollyroom customer service Ordered 2 products one was fine the other one I want to return but no return sticker Sent many messages but no response from customer care The main reason wont shop again from here is their no return policy and poor response The slide is too narrow for my 2 year old and he keeps on falling from the side also its bent from the center so he doesnt slide properly I wanted to buy a bigger one and return this one but no response at all from them

Items on sale yes a good sale but nothing extreme They canceled order with message that it was a pricing error and raised the prices higher than they were even before the sale Scammers
