Parcel not trackable and haven t arrived

The customer service is poor My emails are answered at least one week later and not completely The details about dimensions of the prams are not mentioned I have asked the handle height of a pram and 10 days later it was answered I bought a Beemoo pram package and the size of the wheels are not accurate The back wheels are too big

Because you people doesn t take

Ordered a tent and some wooden cake set the 20th of March and I received a confirmation on the parcel being sent 3 days later Now the parcel hasn t arrive yet and I have contacted customer service with all the information unfortunately without any response The parcel can t be tracked on posti fi and posti said to contact jollyroom

Fees for returning items

The products arrived quickly and payment was easy however one of the items was clearly defective Bad design rather than an issue with the item Not Jollyrooms fault and the manufacturer told them that it was meant to be the way it was I E Terribly designed as to be basically unsafe That meant that we were not eligible for a refund under the manufacturer guarantee Returning the product under the return policy meant that we were deducted a fee for postage and packaging 79 Kr I am unhappy about the return policy charging for delivery and will not be using the website again as they do not truly hold their third parties accountable for bad products

I buyed fast post

I buyed fast post but they forgot to mark it fastpost and came like normal post child did not get his present for birthday Ok 9 90 they sayd would pay me back for fast delivery Electric car came but there was missing ruuvi for seat I had to buy new ones

Warrenty handling is a nightmare

The ordering was ok and product arrived but when we had a broken part within the warranty period it was a nightmare to communicate with jollyroom and get our right to replacement repair The try everything to avoid to replace a product even within warranty
