I wish I had read reviews of the company before buying Their size chart is way off Suits run 1-2 sizes smaller than the measurements listed on the chart Customer service is inane refusing to acknowledge the deep problems in their deceptive sizing Even though too-small suits are their fault and even though customer service eventually admitted that the chart is wrong they will not refund shipping to you or return shipping They do not facilitate exchanges at their expense They call themselves a small athlete-owned business It seems more like an experienced shyster-run racket These problems have been going on for a while

Jolyn received my return SIX weeks ago I have yet to be refunded for my return I contacted the company via email apparently the only way to get a hold of anybody and was told this is due to a system change Their website clearly states refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days Never buying from this company again

Unfortunate returns issues - 6 weeks later no news
I ordered August 5th and received my order in a timely fashion I returned what didn t fit promptly and my return was received August 22nd per tracking information Since not receiving any news on the return I have been emailing every couple of weeks but there is no news about whether the return refund will be processed It has now been 6 weeks with no idea about what is going on Although the items themselves were good I can t order from an online company that I can t trust to process returns in a timely fashion

Beware of Jolyn s advertisement of UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for which you will pay an extra 21 40 and that is actually NOT 2nd day shipping After letting Jolyn know that my package had not been delivered in 2 days after shipping I was simply told that their 2nd Day Air delivery takes anywhere from 2 - 4 days All in all I placed my order very early in the morning on Friday July 16 and I finally received my package on July 26 - 10 days later - even after paying 21 40 for express 2nd day shipping

Also Waiting for a reimbursement
Waiting for a reimbursement from a return I sent back in August I have emailed them once a week for the past 3 months over 10 times and have gotten a couple replies at first and then nothing in weeks And nothing has gotten me any closer to getting refunded Extremely frustrated with this company and this horrible customer service Jolyn has been responding to these posts promising to help with reimbursement but that is also a scam No one has actually reached out or gotten me any closer to getting my money back

Bought my 12 yo daughter who is a competitive swimmer a jolyn at a swim meet After one wear it is pilling on the front and back The lining isn t thick so there s no modesty at all Her chest which is small is fully visible when the suit is wet Swimsuits of other brands are not like this I won t ever buy a jolyn again horrible quality

Like many others the returns are an absolute joke It s not surprising you can t call to talk to anybody I mailed back an order on 8 12 22 My order was delivered to the company on 8 19 22 Today is 9 20 22 and my return still hasn t been processed This isn t my first negative return experience but it s by far the worst I absolutely will never buy anything directly from Jolyn again Ever Seriously ever

You don t get the full price of a return item
You don t get the full price of an item when you return your item They charge 10 for your return label fee saying this is their return policy This policy isn t show clearly in their website or in a return information card that comes with purchase While all companies are extending their return policy in COVID19 environment with full return JOLYN has this policy which is a huge disappointment

Waiting for Two Suits
Hi my 16yr old daughter spend her birthday money purchasing two suits from Jolyn We are trying to contact the company to find out where the package is as she place the order on 9 4 and it is now 9 21 I have communicated via customer email and have received two emails asking if we had the correct address And I have messaged on FB and received no communication I cannot believe this level of customer service is deemed acceptable by this company
