Visited Jo Malone Cardiff today I felt it important to write about the experience both myself and my husband received from a member of staff From the initial introduction through to final purchases Laura went above and beyond customer service experience which I feel was second to none Laura is an absolute credit to the company and an asset with an infectious smile personality and a no problem attitude This being our first visit and purchase of Jo Malone and having received the undivided attention from Laura albeit the store being exceptionally busy this will most certainly not be the last Her product knowledge was vast and therefore was able to confidently answer all of our questions Thankyou Laura for a wonderful experience

Excellent customer support team

This should have been a 1 star review based on the delivery from DHL and having read other reviews I don t understand why Jo Malone continue to use such an appalling company to send orders to their customers However the service from the Jo Malone customer support team was excellent and especially Jasmine They went above and beyond to resolve the matter for me and I felt heard It was so disappointing to not receive the order in time for my birthday and having waited in for 3 days only to experience 3 failed deliveries However Jasmine and the manager I spoke to could not have done more to help and when my order did eventually arrive it was beautifully packed and no damage at all Please Jo Malone stop using DHL as it is damaging your reputation
