Got my products fairly quickly and especially loved my miracle balm and eyeshadows Really simple and quick to use

I was very pleased with the customer service at Jones Road Beauty I ordered a product and did not like it and they happily let me exchange it with no prob at all

Use a TINY bit to look Amazing

I m an older adult but have normal skin not dry so I don t use hydrating creams I started receiving ads for Jones Road on Youtube and it raised my awareness that a lot of my makeups were very dry and matte - which didn t look good when combined with older skin I first bought a few of the miracle balms to try Flushed and Miami Beach for blushes and Bronze for bronzer It took a little getting used to because Miracle Balm is VERY different from any other makeup I have used After watching a couple of the company s videos showing how to use the product I learned that the trick is to use VERY VERY VERY little of it at one time One jar of the Balm will literally last me years of daily use - a tiny bit goes a LONG way Now that I know how to use it - it is AMAZING stuff that I will not leave the house without It blends in and looks like skin not makeup I look like a different beautiful person with this stuff Since trying it I have since bought a bunch of additional colors My skin is dark Ivory light Beige with a yellow undertone Here s how the colors work for me Bronze or Sunkissed for contour Sunkissed is darker Bronze more sheer For blushes I use Tawny darker brownish red Miami Beach peach Flushed less sheer pink or Dusty Rose sheer muted pink For highlighter I use Dusty Rose or Magic Hour very sheer beige with some shine I feel very sad to hear the bad reviews on this product because I think most are due to using far too much of the product If your skin is very oily maybe the balm product is not the thing for you but if you have even normal skin this will make your skin look amazing

I really don t get these bad reviews I bought a lot of products in Liberty London as wanted to see the products I have been trying for 5 days and love them Customer service is also great They shade matched me online and pretty much perfect matched to in store when I went I got the miracle balm in 3 shades and it makes your skin look lovely and glowy with some nice colour Also the W T F foundation is great It s light I do have some problem areas on my chin and nose so learning to just not put much of any product on those areas Al the products I have tried look great You MUST look online on how apply the products Less is more You can t just plaster it all on heavily Also normally after a period of hours looks like I have no makeup on With this at end of day yes a lot has faded but still look glowy and still some colour I have since placed another order and slightly obsessed Patiently waiting for the minis to be announced in miracle balm as want loads of colours and to be able to carry in handbag

Product wonderful for dry skin

I have very very dry skin which has a tendency towards dullness The ideal skin for this product Applied properly and to the right skin it really is amazing but l don t think it s for everyone Most of the bad reviews seem to be for customer service which l had no problem with but another problem seems to be stickiness and there s a reason for this It s because it really is for dry older skin They aren t pretending I didn t get the stickiness once l used it properly l fidn t warm it properly But broken and warmed it worked beautifully and l love the no make it make up look so it really is perfect You must remember it s for older dry skin Mine is and has always been extremely dry in fact the fact that l m well practiced in using vaseline letting it settle in should have helped me work out where l was going wrong much faster Yes my skin really is that dry So Use it properly and you have a great no make up make up with a beautiful luminescent quality that takes years off your skin Don t use it properly and you do yourself and the company no favours Do not use it on eyelids

This is the Foundation you ve been looking for your whole life The moisture of this product and the lovely dewy look it produces is truly worth every penny AND a little bit goes a very long way

Love this range particularly the mascara

I ve bought several products from Jones Road and I honestly don t understand all the negative reviews on here I have the foundation miracle balm eye sparkle eye shadow mascara eye pencil and the lip cheek stain They are all fantastic All of the products are beautifully packaged in a very clean simple way I love the quality of each of the items and how they feel on my skin They re long-lasting and the colours and textures are lovely The mascara is my absolute standout product I have tried so many mascaras of the years but they all end up smudged under my eyes or flaking on my cheeks Tubing mascaras last but don t really build volume or length The Jones Road mascara is AMAZING It builds volume adds length is a lovely glossy black and it DOESN T BUDGE It lasts all day even after I went for a walk in the rain it had stayed put It comes off easily with cleanser in the evening I can t recommend the range highly enough

Loved the miracle balms I eventually bought 3 and gave one to my sister in law I have also turned a friend into a big fan customer too WHen I was in Soho I also went into the store and bought the mascara The balm moisturizes and gives a healthy glow feels like make up without the make up look Big fan
