Customer Service is TERRIBLE 1st negative experience- I inadvertently ordered the wrong size due to refreshing the page and it defaulted back to the default size of 5 I emailed and they asked me to find someone to give them too as shipping would be too expensive 3rd world country tactics Really bothered me 2nd negative - I ordered a second time they emailed me this time to make sure it was alright I responded back within 24hrs that it was a duplicate order please cancel of course No response until items delivered Then they told me shipper verified delivery I DON T DARE ASK THEM TO TAKE BACK THEY ARE not scammers per se but just illiterate I think they really do not have a process for returns so their items may be illegal and or fake if you can take it like that ok but StockX is a much better experience and you can get pretty good pricing there I ve had no problem with the quality of the shoes I received from this 3rd world country jordan1 net it s just can you really trust I m just wearing so no biggie but if you trying to look for authentic I would not trust them as far as I can spit LOL oh well as for customer service you get what you pay for LOL a Joke here is their latest response Dear Lee We have shipped the parcel to you after receiving the email we are unable to take it back did you receive the shoes Could you please keep them isn t that weird lol

This website is scamming people for money I asked for my order to be cancelled They continued to ask me to exchange for something else I told them that I just wanted to cancel and to send me a confirmation email saying it was cancelled I had to dispute the order through my bank just to safely get my money back Now I have to order a new bank card because this site cannot be trusted They re customer service was through WhatsApp I have the interaction screenshot I can t believe they are doing this to people before Christmas Please do not use this site

Ordered shoes in November and 2 months

Ordered shoes in November and 2 months later they haven t arrived and they refuse to refund my money Good thing is I used PayPal so it s in dispute and they are asking me to drop the dispute Not happening
