I recently subscribed to the miracle

I recently subscribed to the miracle kit and had doubts about my base shade I ordered 5 0 originally but then thought I might need 4 0 as I have dark hair I emailed support with a photo and they recommended 4 0 sent it out on express delivery too as I explained I needed it Anyway pleased with my results I am dark brown and had to decide which shade to finally settle on my roots are very dark but I went by the back of the box chose the slightly lighter 5 0 and was impressed it matched well gave excellent coverage and pleasing results I had bought a Josh Wood gloss in Chocolate too only think I will say is as I have long and thick hair I used a lot now I typically wash my hair one week and colour the next so now I will be deciding if it might be better to opt for the miracle system instead which comes with a shade shot The gloss lasts up to 6 washes so next time will just be my roots I was thinking of buying a touch up but haven t decided yet then I can reduce my subscription to 4 weekly this is a huge money saver if done correctly and support are there to answer any questions Pleased with this product and with Josh Wood support overall

Outstanding Customer Service

Anna from Customer Services at Josh Wood has been absolutely amazing going that extra mile to sort out my hair colour She organised a video consultation for me with Lynne an expert hair colourist which was so enjoyable It wasn t a hard sell at all Lynne listened and gave me expert advice She has recommended two products a toner and a mask which I am looking forward to using I really feel that the team at Josh Wood care about their customers and want to please I cannot recommend them enough

Great product but sadly not for me

I have grey hair dyed burgundy I ve used the Red blending brush product before it was a good match I re purchased unfortunately it was too coppery for my hair You have to click several times to get the product flowing After that a single click is best as the product seems to come out in the centre of the brush consequently blobs I tend to get the product on a saucer then use the brush to evenly apply Josh Wood were excellent gave me a full refund even though there was nothing wrong with the product

Quick delivery - great product doesn t leave you hair stiff as other root cover sprays do the colour I had was dark blonde and it s a perfect cover for me lasts a few washes will definitely buy again

Can t believe how good this is

Easy to order and arrived quickly I was sceptical about whether the colour would blend in with my particular shade of red and of course I wondered how good coverage would be on my grey hair It turned out to be very easy to use not messy and the colour blended in very well It has lasted very well and does not rub off on clothes fingers or bedding I have not washed my hair since applying so I cannot comment on its ability to survive a shampoo etc but I have no doubts that it will do alright It has certainly saved me from doing a full head colouring job and overall I am thrilled with this product

Fantastic products and free professional advice I wasn t sure which colour product to go for or even if I could achieve what I wanted so I booked a free online video consultation The hairdresser I spoke to really knew her stuff and talked me through my options I am delighted with the products I purchased and highly recommend this company
