A work friend recommended J4M to me When I first approached them I wasn t overly hopeful because of my complicated circumstances adverse credit history and seeking a buy-to-let loan However my Adviser knew exactly which lenders would be open to doing business and those that wouldn t her advice was practical and above all realistic On the occasions when I contacted J4M and she wasn t available there was always someone there who could readily look up the details of my case The whole process took a few months although that was beyond their control and I m pleased to say that I picked up the keys to my new home yesterday I wouldn t hesitate to use this broker again and I d certainly recommend the initial outlay on using them rather than approaching banks lenders directly
