I have always tried to contact their help centre but no one ever replied to any questions they steal 44 from my account twice and i see nothing on my credit score which means i cannot buy anything but paying them 44 Whenever i try to buy anything their website is always glitching and it is very very frustrating Such thieves should be shut down permanently and never be given a chance to steal money from people in the name of VIP membership

Horrific website customer service

Honestly I wouldn t waste your time I have been with JustFab for approx 5 years I am consistent when skipping the month however more recently they have been taking the monthly payment despite skipping the month Furthermore when trying to contact them via Webchat it is harder than imaginable I would love to know why the webchat option is in Ukrainian so not only can you not understand some of it your lucky if you can get through This is my third attempt to cancel my membership and quite clearly this won t be getting resolved any time soon

Run from this company

Run from this company The fraud of VIP Membership drians you monthly subtly without any notification They save your card details covertly You don t see the recurring subscription in your bank app The debit just appears and nothing can be done because unknowingly you agreed to the terms you probably didn t read RUN from this fraud of a company especially the low price price you see It s a trap Be safe

This place has taken a lot of money

This place has taken a lot of money from my account about 5 times now and each time 44 95 is taken out I ve called for my money back several times and when they claim it won t happen again it happens again I do not have time for money being taken out for something I did not even buy

Terrible service

I bought a pair of boots from them in December not knowing it will sign me up to the VIP program I ve returned the boots as they were poor quality BUT 3 month later I realised they have been charging me 45 every month I got in contact with them in February they issued a refund and assure me it will never happen again This morning they charged me 45 AGAIN and of course I couldn t get in touch with them This is the worse service I ve ever received How can YOU as a company charge people s cards as you please Never buying anything from them again

Dear Justfab Today I would like to cancel the V I P my membership I have never ordered from you or asked to be automatically entered into any club and charged 39 a month I was saddened to find that this continuous liquidation continues every month My question is can they transfer these amounts back to my bank or should I look for another solution to the problem Thank you your understanding Regards Csilla

All Round Appalling Experience

I have been trying to return an item for the past hour and it doesn t matter what I try I can t contact anyone for help The chat leaves you hanging after an initial AI message why do companies insist on using this ridiculous technology I get nowhere on the phones trying to get an email address just brings me to an error page and when I try to process the return on their site I am giving an error message telling me to contact a consultant and the cycling just keeps rolling As for the product I m returning I ordered half a size up on a pair of boots but can t even get my foot in the boot Asked my niece to try it on and she found the boot too tight and she is 2 sizes smaller than me Not sure why the quality of the product has become so bad of late but I can t wait to use up my credits and be done with this company

Reduced Quality

The shoes have reduced in quality over the years - they are not worth even a fraction of the membership price let alone the regular price Grotesquely overpriced The soles of the shoes keep disintegrating I now have lots of the membership point that I feel I cannot spend anymore because of this reduced quality

Internet Robbers

Did not realise that I had been signed up for VIP they have taken 15 months of 39 pounds mer month wrote and requested cancellation but no they still keep taking it putting me in hardship I shall be contacting Trading standards if my recent request yet again to cancel is ignored and YES I want all my money back Internet robbers of the worst kind you should be shut down

I bought a pair of shoes months ago and as everybody said it is not clear that it would be a monthly charge as a VIP the way they did it is scam and should not be done as it does not appear on my login I want my money back as I tried to cancel I was not able
