I nearly gave up with this order - I chose to pay via PayPal and had to re do the order 3 or 4 times before I got confirmation that it had been paid for and accepted I don t know whether the issue was with your app or PayPal but I would suggest you check it out Thanks Other than that the process went quite smoothly but it was it s last chance

I tried to order some boots that were on the black friday 60 off promotion with my just fab credit but to my dismay i could only get the 60 off if i paid with my bank card if i was using my just fab credit i had to pay double the price I find this unfair It is a shame that loyal customers dont get the benefit when using credit stored up Otherwise i would be giving more stars as the overall quality of shoes are really good and they come in nice boxes

They have some good things but it is very frustrating that your unable to use your credits on sale items E g a pair of shoes being sold for 13 you either pay out of pocket despite have credits or use a credit against the full value of the shoe 40 meaning you have used 35 credit and still have to pay 5 so in that way it is a rip off

Love the site and have loved all the clothes and the shoes I ve received love just hate the expensive side of it when your not a new customer I always wait until the sales and then to find out you can only use so many credits at a time should have read the small print I suppose so as I say buy in the sales that way you manage to get a long coatigan for 79 two credits even though it says 39 like I say great for newbie s

The shoes were good quality however the 10 for shoes scheme is a massive scam Yes the shoes are 10 but in the SMALLEST print or worded to be almost unnoticeable they take 30 a month for VIP Membership which is what you are misleadingly encouraged to sign up for to get shoes for 10 If you buy from here make sure you read EVERYTHING because they find so many loopholes in taking money from you

Twice now I ve tried to cancel and been talked out of it I left an honest review and the company has put it right Thankyou for terminating my vip membership I think all you need to do is put up a big single page prior to someone first ordering stating you are entering a binding contract to have 35 taken each month to sit in your account This will stop so many of these reviews

I was making a return for a exchange I called on the 29th and a consultant told me the item had not been received so I had to chase my return I called just fab again today and the agent was able to track my parcel he was very quick and efficient as well as apologetic this should have been sorted the first time I called but I m glad today s agent was able to help

The savings can be awesome in the sale but if you forget to skip the month Just Fab automatically raids your bank account and takes 35 Yes this goes as a credit on your JF account but if you re short of money it can rack up interest charges on your bank account if it takes you into an overdraft or results in direct debits bouncing Some of us really do live hand to mouth and can t afford to have 35 automatically taken

Hiya I am going to close my account with JustFab as I feel that the choice of clothing is getting a limited and not very exciting I have been trying to close my account for a while and without speaking to someone not easy I cannot carry out the procedure It would be easier if you could do this online

UPDATE After a bit of a wait and chase up the order has been refunded to my account Thank you for this I have adjusted my rating to a 3 star Order 1233566610 I made an order on their site which was sent according to the order history The order never arrived despite them providing a tracking number I spoke to chat support and they assured me I would be refunded for the order I am still waiting So now I have no items and I have been charged for something I did not receive They are claiming they do not have access to the account order When I try to log into my account after speaking with chat support it says this account has been cancelled I was able to access my account when speaking with support Avoid this company It is a trap to get you to sign up and then if you put your subscription on hold they will suspend your orders and take your money
